Run down equipment and shady practices concerning gas prices. They constantly report lower prices in the Gas Buddy and Fuel Finder apps and when you get there, you find prices at least 10 to 15 cents higher. They attempt to lure in customers by reporting lower prices. This station is dishonest and should not be patronized. Expensive prices for all types of fuel. You are much better off going to a more honest and cheaper station. Definitely a place to avoid!

I took my car in for an inspection today without an appointment. They were able to start work on the car almost right away. Surprise… It failed. But it’s OK, because there were simply 3 bulbs out. The service adviser was professional and straightforward and the mechanic (despite being busy) accommodated my schedule by taking in my car almost right away. I ran to Advance Auto Parts and replaced the bulbs and (in less than 15 minutes of coming back to the station) they had me back on my way.

While their Gas prices might be high the gentleman in the service bay were very helpful last weekend. I had a tire with a nail in it and they plugged it in a matter of minutes. I was extremely grateful. This was a much more pleasant experience than the one I had at Sears. They said it would take 3 hours! Thanks guys!

Terrible customer service. I came here for a service and was quoted a flat price. I never got a call that my car was completed. I saw an extra five dollar strange charge on my bill when I came to pick it up. I asked the lady who is the cashier at 3:35 PM what the charges for and she did not know and she said that they all left for the day. I asked her to call the owner, George, and she did. She gave me the phone I asked George what the five dollars was for. he said it was for «shop» supplies. I asked what type of supplies cost five dollars he said water and a rag and some break cleaner. I said rags cost $.75 a piece and reusable and water doesn’t cost that much he said «no one’s ever question me before» and I said «too bad.» I believe expectation should be set up front and people should be taking a vantage of by service attendance don’t even stick around to explain the work and leave to go home early.

went for a md inspection-​vehicle had just passed va inspection. estim over 2k to pass. spoke to owner and so called tech George. my mech from va called them. surprise-​price reduced by 40% to md inspection. took them over one month to give me my inspect cert. state of md is now inspecting them. buyer beware! this program is grossly dishonest.

My son had a flat tire. I called Montgomery Exxon and asked if they could help me. The very polite and kind man who answered the phone said bring it right on in and we’ll fix it. I came in, the gentleman greeted me warmly and had his technician fix the flat tire in a matter of minutes. He put everything back in perfect order. This was an extremely great service experience. I can’t tell you how thankful I am to have a local Exxon dealer near us that can provide such great help and great service when needed. Thank you

It’s a gas station during high gas price times…
With that, I hate very gas stations.
Gas station is clean. I haven’t had any problems with this gas station.
I just wish prices were lower.

I went here for an inspection and left wondering… first I was told that I couldn’t get an oil change with my inspection because the guy was done for the day… then when the owner found out that I needed 2 inspections and 2 oil changes then he said sure and it would take 2 hours…1 hour later we got a call that it was all done. Hmmmmm. I am not sure what kind of job was done but I do know that my radio knob was missing and the owner refused to get up and look for it and my husband had to stop on the interstate because they didn’t close the hood. Whatever I guess
