I went into Liljenquist & Beckstead today with a Rolex watch that I had bought online and wanted resized to fit my wrist. Mohammad assisted me and was incredibly helpful, professional, and nice. He also cleaned residue from packaging off of my watch and showed me how to set the time and wind it up properly. At my request, Elaine also took a look at my engagement ring and was very helpful in answering some questions I had about the setting and whether it needed any servicing from a jeweler. Neither of them charged me anything for resizing my watch or examining my ring and were kind and provided impeccable customer service. If I am ever in the market for high end watches or jewelry I will definitely come back.

I came in having my omega serviced but started wandering around. Thank you so much to my sales person Harold who was very patient in explaining everything, and didn’t even push the more expensive option. He gave me his honest opinions on the Rolex watches and it helped me finally decide! Their senior manager Elaine is also the same… very accommodating, even shipping in a watch from a diff store for me to see. All their other colleagues were super friendly too! I hope the service of my omega goes well so I can write another review since some haven’t had good experiences here as I’ve read. I had an awesome experience! Thanks Harold n Elaine! And nice chatting w Sonia n Helen too! If I wanna buy a watch again in the future– I know where to go!

From the moment you walk into the store the sales experience is about the customer and not the sale. I walked in as the door was opening for the day and I had very limited time. Before we even looked at any watches, Cindy asked all about what I was looking for in terms of style and the person who the watch was for. Within minutes she had 4 watches from different brands which met what I was looking for. As they were close but not exactly what I wanted she went through the catalogue and ordered watches under no obligation that I could go back to see when they arrived. The watch I chose was perfect. I truly appreciated Cindy’s knowledge and her quick appraisal of what I wanted. I also appreciated that she never tried to push a particular brand on me. An extremely professional experience.

Brought in my Omega Seamaster Professional automatic for cleaning(the watch was working properly before I brought it in) in February. Six weeks later I get it back and it does not work properly(does not stay wound for more than a couple of hours). I take it back and they send it again to their«master watchmaker» to fix it. Six weeks later I get it back and after two or three days of wearing it to the office, the entire internal mechanism comes loose inside. I take it back again. Six weeks later they tell me it is fixed, but now the watch is 3 minutes fast per day. Once again the watch goes back, but this time I demand that they send it to Omega. They never called me to let me know that Omega was taking longer to fix it(I called once per month). I was finally told today that the watch was shipped back by Omega and I should have it in a few days. They refunded the service charge but only because I demanded it. Do not have your watch serviced by their«master watchmaker»!

Brought our Rolex watches to be repaired and cleaned. They gave us back the wrong watches. It was a horrible experience. Apparently their watch repair person was not careful and put the wrong parts back onto our watches. They were difficult and never apologized. The person who worked with us acted like this happens all the time, nothing to get upset about. When you are paying that much to get a watch repaired your watch should come back as the one you gave them and it should come back repaired properly.
