I stopped by J’s to get pricing estimates on alterations for a few garments. Most were just ripped seams. J’s must not understand at all what customer service is– the man was so unbelievably rude and seemed offended that I took up his time. He priced $ 10 dollars to fix a pair of pants (which was fine). He then said $ 20 for the exact same tear in a shirt. I said «okay, is that for both items or just the shirt?» He said «if you don’t want to pay, GO TO A DRY CLEANER!» I gathered my things and left– I was not insulting him by any means, I cannot believe he was so nasty. Don’t waste your time with this place. If they do not want to bother themselves with sewing and alterations, they shouldn’t advertise that way
