We have had the WORST experience with your jewelers. I never write reviews, but I just had to here. I loved, LOVED, loved my ring and brought it in to be resized soon after our engagement because the store placed the order for the wrong size and we were guaranteed a free re-sizing.(this was after my fiancé initially received the wrong ring and post-poned his plans to propose by 2 months– thanks helzberg). Upon getting the ring back after what should be a simple re-sizing it was bent and the setting looked different. We brought it back and the jeweler filled in the crooked space with gold rather than fixing it. Again, brought it back and the store promised us a new ring but they have since«forgotten» to make the new ring and are not sure which of their employees spoke with the jeweler and cancelled the order/ticket and now can’t figure out what to do because this location is closing. Having a correct, beautiful ring should not be more stressful than wedding planning. beware future shoppers!

I’ve been taught to fake it until you make it and I can admit that I’ve been faking my knowledge of the finer things. Although I love bling, I have matured enough to admit I’m not a connoiseure of diamonds. When I get diamonds, I never check the quality, or the gold… I just like the shine. So I went here looking for some rings and knew nothing. I didn’t know about what style I wanted, what cut, what color… I was up the creek with no paddle. Thank goodness Amelia was there! She let me try on a bunch of rings and explained to me the pricing, the pros and cons of the cuts and even gave me hints on how to slip hints to my loved one with out outright saying«This is what I want.» I was surprised by their prices. They were pretty good. They even had a «smart buy» section. I will definitely go back here to get my goods and slip hints about this store for a long time to come.

I have bought three items from the store and one time I needed special help from Cristian Mirancea the store’s manager. He is one of the kindest and most helpful managers I have ever dealt with. Anna, the young woman that I dealt with this more recent time was so helpful and patient. My husband and I decided to upgrade my wedding band and she encouraged me to take my time and showed me many chices before I decided on the perfect ring. It was a enjoyable and fun experience. Thank you Anna and Cristian. It’s wonderful to have you both there in Bethesda at one of my favorite stores. Also, the selection and the prices can’t be beat!

Jana, the assistant manager, maintains the highest possible standard in customer service. After receiving a necklace for Christmas, the chain broke with its first wearing. I returned to Helzberg for repair of the chain and encountered several problems(the item was purchased at a different store and had been rung up under the wrong skew number), leaving Jana unable to process an immediate exchange. Although I was disappointed that I had to leave my sparkly new necklace at the store, Jana was very prompt in following up with me via phone several times over the following week while she worked to solve the issues and replace my chain. Thank you, Jana for your diligence and hard work. This location comes highly recommended!

The selection and quality of jewelry is probably one of the best that I’ve seen(not that I shop for jewelry a lot). I bought a titanium ring from them and it was very reasonably priced. The customer service was amazing. The lady that helped me out LASTYEAR remembered me when I came back to get my ring polished for FREE.
