Avoid yourself a BIG headache and find another doctor immediately. They made an error in billing and I’ve been trying to get a reimbursement to my HSA for over 4 months. Despite calling over 10 times and having them saying they sent the reimbursement to my insurance, I am still waiting and have to call weekly. They promise to check on it and call me back; but then I never hear back from them! It’s been very frustrating and after multiple calls still have not been able to resolve this issue and will need to take legal action.

Dr. Footer delivered my girl and he was my first doc here in DC several years ago. After moving to Bethesda location, I found another doctor here in DC but there is ONLY ONE FOOTER!
He is very knowledgeable, experienced and funny.

Dr Footer is hands down the best doctor I’ve ever had. He delivered my little girl in April, and I can’t imagine the experience being better with anyone else. I’ve always preferred female OBs until Dr Footer. He listens, and remembers your concerns, yet instills confidence and authority in decisions (a fine line that not many doctors succeed at). Additionally, Marla, who runs the show at the office is amazing. She always takes the time to talk you through any test results, or questions you have whether they be medical, insurance, or scheduling related. She even recently helped me sort through getting my baby to take a bottle (and her advice worked)! Seriously they are the best. I wish there was a Dr Footer and Marla for all of my medical needs!

Dr Footer is my OB and he is amazing. I had a very complicated pregnancy and he was there every step of the way. If you want someone that gives good advice, answers questions quickly, sees you on time, he is a great doctor. The office has always been very accomodating.

A friend of mine recommended Dr. Footer a long time ago. He successfully delivered both of my kids without any problems. He always answers all of my questions and listens to my problems. When I have an appointment, I do not have to wait for more than 5 minutes usually and everything is very smooth. I have already recommended him to my friends who are happy as well.

Dr. Footer is the absolute best. He is patient, he has a good listening ear, kind, he gives very good advise and genuinely concerned about my well being. His office manager/​nurse is the greatest. She knows you by name and is very professional. When they closed their DC office, I did go with another doctor closer to home, but he could not compare to Dr. Footer. I really dont mind the trip to Bethesda from Camp Spings. Its worth it when you have a doctor that cares.

Dr. Footer is awesome! I was apprehensive about going to a male ob/​gyn, but my mom has been his patient for years and underwent a surgery performed by Dr. Footer himself. She was in such good hands and she strongly recommended him. I have been his patient for a little over a year now and I have to say I’m extremely happy with him as well. I’m not sure what the other reviewer is talking about, Marla — his secretary/​aide has always been accommodating and sweet!

And the secretary is rude!
