In my opinion, Five Guys Burgers and Fries is a place to get your average burger and fries all with too much grease. I do like that they are made to order with all the additives one could want on their burger. Also, I love that they offer vinegar with their fries.

Just your average Five Guys nothing special. Great burgers, great fries. Just a super loud place and kind of crowded. No real complaints just nothing special.

This location is one of the better locations for fast service done right. Food always meets the standard. Call ahead pick up orders make short lunch breaks survivable. The staff has always put a smile on my face and I will return here a couple times a week for as long as I work close by.

Coming to a fast food place, I always expect a speedy service with a moderate quality control. Upon entering I was greeted by the staff. The staff took everyones order extremely quickly and the food was out in under 6 minutes. This place is also extremely clean with a nice small patio outside for you to sit and enjoy your burger. Overall this a well maintained store and I would recommend you coming here. PS they open really late but no parking lot.

It’s an overrated, overpriced burger place. I don’t think it’s special other than the fact it costs $ 12 for a burger, fries, and drink. The menu is very limited. The calories are extraordinary which is ok if you’re wanting a burger, but I’ve had much better. The fries are a little better than most places, but they would not bring me in again.

*Pros* –Food quality is consistent. –Bathrooms are clean, and I’ve never encountered any unpleasant surprises! –Establishment is clean and tidy. –Fast service. –Peanuts while you wait! –Delicious burgers and fries! *Cons* –Limited seating, although you *shouldn’t* have too much trouble finding a seat if you wait a few minutes. –While staff will provide fast service, they aren’t too friendly. *This one is a pro or a con depending on some, but man I believe this location gives more fries than any other Five Guys I’ve ever been to! On one hand, you can’t say you’re not getting your monies worth, but on the other hand, you’re on the fast track to a coronary! Then again, you probably shouldn’t make Five Guys a habit anyways! So glad the hubs and I only ordered one order of fries to share. *Verdict* –This location is a solid option for quick hot and delicious burgers and fries.

I’ve had burgers in many different sizes, shapes, style, and favor, but this burger place blew me away! It looks like a simple happy — meal burger, but the taste is great! Simple and tasty. In my opinion, I prefer I simply tasty burger over a stacked-saucy burger. I’m sad that there’s no five guys in hawaii, haha, sigh

Where do I even start? The employees are always very helpful and love to start a conversation with you when you are waiting for your burger. It’s refreshing to come across a place that the employees will talk to you and not ignore you after you order. The burgers are fantastic. My number one place to go if I’m craving a burger. When I go here I am not going to be healthy(: People have to know that a Five Guys burger is greasy! But that’s what I love about it!

Five guys has become my husband and I’s ‘go-to’ place before stopping by Georgetown Cupcakes. Staff is friendly and the price is reasonable. What more can you ask for from a burger joint? Cajun fries are on point. I will definitely keep coming back here. Also, free peanuts!

Continuation from the Rockville location so lets get right to it. Burgers were still too oily and greasy. Still felt my heart rate increase after eating their burger. Still nowhere near the level of In-N-Out Burger. Still haven’t been back.

When I want a burger, I want all its greasy goodness. This is my favorite Five Guys location so far. You don’t want to be anywhere near the store if you’re severely allergic to peanuts, though. Food: I only get their fries and burgers. I’ve tried their hot dogs, but burgers are what I’m craving when I come in here. They have fresh jalapenos as a topping! Even with the new«gourmet not fast food» Kraze Burger in place, I’d take Five Guys and their no nonsense burgers anyday. Their fries are always crispy and yummy. I love watching them fill my «regular» order… the cup is really just a vessel to scoop up the fries, not a gauge for size. I always get half a paper bag full of fries when I order regular. And… free peanuts! Price: For the amount of food you get, the price is very reasonable. You can also split a large order of fries between two very hungry people. Service: The people who work here are always cheerful and friendly. Really great bunch. Even though it’s situated in the middle of downtown Bethesda, it doesn’t try to be fancy or hip… it’s just a humble little burger chain. And I love that.

FIVE stars to Five Guys Bethesda Row for: –an easy place to take the kids — Happy/pleasant staff –good ‘bad’ food that I can customize the way each family member wants it –one order of fries feeds a family of five(Is that where they got the name?) –AND, a very clean bathroom!

If you want to have a high calorie, grease-filled cheat meal you must go to Five Guys. Remember to eat the hamburger you order right away or the bun will get soggy from the contents inside of it. Also regarding the fries, make sure to get them well-done, and to dump the contents in the brown bag(which should be torn open) to prevent any additional sogginess when they are stuffed into the white cup they are served in.

Your usual 5 guys: burgers, fries, and dogs — and free refills on the soda. The dogs here are good, they split them and grill them. The fries are fried to order, so they’re always hot(which means that if you order fries, you’re going to have to wait a few minutes). But what’s the rush? Throw back some peanuts and put your feet up. Even if we go to sweetgreen next door to be «healthy», still gotta come in here at least 2x to refill on the soda. Ok, maybe we’re not that healthy…

As I said in my review of the Rockville Town Center location of this chain, burgers and fries(and hot dogs, but I’m not a hot dog person) are really all this place does. And the burgers are good enough that I have to give it a good rating. But those people who say that this is the best burger in the DC area must not have tried Urban Burger over on Norbeck Road. This place can’t hold a candle to Urban Burger. But four stars isn’t bad, and given that there are only a few places in Bethesda cheap enough to go on a regular basis, this gets a vote of confidence from me. I’d certainly pick it over Crossfire anyday if I’m in a «burger» mood.

A chain is a chain is a chain, for the most part. Granted, I feel a bit different about Five Guys because they started in the DC area and they have yet to reach the gargantuan size of McDonald’s or any other such burger chain. And if they do, I pray that their quality doesn’t degrade. If you’ve been to one Five Guys, you’ve probably been to them all(unless the one you went to was particularly awful). At long last, Bethesdans who rarely venture into the scary world of DC or Virginia can see what they’ve been missing out on. This location is conveniently placed on Bethesda Avenue amidst a myriad of different restaurants and more upscale stores. Considering the other options in the immediate area, this is a great option for cheap, greasy food. If you don’t know, Five Guys prides itself on simple tasty burgers. Thin-style patties, two to a bun, coming only with cheese. They offer a good amount of various toppings, all for free. Onions, pickles, ketchup and mustard, A-1 sauce… it’s all good. The fries are also delicious, really truly great stuff. Be warned that even the small size has enough spuds to feed two people. But if you’re incredibly hungry, a burger and some fries will fill you up nice. Just be warned: it took me a few minutes to get a burger when the place didn’t have a line. It can take a lot longer during peak business hours. Oh, and you might leave smelling like a diner.
