Our family loves Beyda’s Lad and Lassie. It is a true neighborhood store that knows its customers and treats them well. They will look in back room to see if they have what you need if it is not on the floor, they will let you know if they can get unavailable sizes, and they have frequents sales. Customers who shop there regularly don’t mind their policy about gift wrapping as the price cuts can be substantial and they do a very, very nice job wrapping, an extra expense for a small business. We also like the array of quality brands they sell. Beyda’s is always a first stop when shopping for anything from snow pants to swim suits. They are essential for school uniforms and summer camp supplies. The staff is always welcoming and friendly.

I was looking for a gift for my granddaughter and went into this store recently. A couple of sales people approached me to ask if I needed any help which I kindly replied no. I picked up a few items, one outfit which was on sale, some bows and a hat which came to $ 70. Behind the counter there were lots of gift boxes on the shelf. I asked if I could have one the women rudely said«No, they are only for items that are not on sale». The bows and hat were not on sale. I was shocked and could not believe it. I wanted to snap back«I JUSTSPENT $ 70INYOURSTOREAND I CANNOTHAVE A BOX» but I left quietly. Needless to say, I will not be back.
