so i went to get an outfit, i will be going to Miami soon, any who i tried to ask for help, the staff that was working was rude, she was too busy handling shipments, and i dont understand why there is only one staff working. I do blame management and lack of customer service. I liked their outfits, but they are over priced, i would’ve bought an outfit though but i had no choice but to leave. I found a better outfit somewhere else, and better customer service. Never will I come back to this store!

I stopped going to this bebe after I continued to receive poor customer service, and due to the disorganization of the store. The sales associates on all but one visit to this store did not bother to greet me or asked if I wanted help, but instead stood in the middle of the store gossiping about their social life. The store itself is horribly disorganized and impossible to sort through. Between the gossiping sale associates and the disorganized clothing, I felt like I had walked into some junior high setting. I stopped going to this bebe and now go to the one in Columbia mall.

Kristy is by far the most helpful sales associate I have ever dealt with! She’s super sweet and so honest! Plus her style is so on point! I constantly go back to her she makes trying on clothes fun! I always go back to this Bebe even thou work in tysons mall next to Bebe! I’ve never had a bad experience here! Yall should give her a raise so you won’t lose her! Ten stars!

Sales team suck here 90% of the time. They greet you by force and are no help when looking for a certain jean style, cut, color. Organization is piss poor. Selection is dim. Dressing rooms are nice, wished the floors in there had little rugs though. Quality is also gone down, however, its been going down for years now.

Heh, I love this Bebe’s and here’s why…
The sales staff actually has the balls to look at me in the eye and tell me that I’m either 1) too fat to wear that outfit or 2) too old to wear that outfit.
Oh, they don’t actually use those words — they use nicer ones, but they tell it like it is, and I have to respect them for that (mostly because they are absolutely right… and because I love it when I’m just such a hot mess that even the sales staff can’t stomach watching me buy something… BWAHAHHAHAHAHA!)…
The thing I hate hate hate hate hate about this store is that it’s always disorganized! I always feel like I’m coming in after a major 75% clearance sale or something. Things hanging off their hangers, all over the place, and nothing really quite where it’s supposed to be.
Still…the sales staff here cracks me up. *AWESOME*.
