This is by far the most generous store owner I have ever met! Erik was extremely nice and donated pretzel nuggets to our companies charity event this week and the nuggets were a HIT! More people stayed around and donated money to our games and the theme was a carnival so it worked out perfect! His pretzels are always delicious and fresh! I recommend anyone who hasn’t been to this location, get there when you can!

Good pretzel but terrible customer service, when I walked up to the counter the girl didn’t even greet me she just said what do you want. No smile or any friendliness in her service. I will be returning buy one get one free day that’s the only time it’s worth it.

This location has gone downhill in the past couple of months. My coworker and I got pretzels from here and they were burnt so badly that the inside was actually slightly browned and they still sold it to us! I guess you get what you pay for :-(

Eating an Auntie Anne’s pretzel reminds me of being a kid again. I always get the regular pretzel with the cheese dip, great thing to eat when you are walking around the mall. I used to always get these with my mom when I was a kid when we would go shopping. Next time I go I will try the other cool options that they have to offer, like the cinnamon and sugar pretzel. Oh and by the way, the employees that work here are very nice. I have been here a few times and one of the girls already knows my name. Its nice to see a business get to know their regular customers, it makes me want to come back and say hi! :)

I just need to pretend I am eating an apple when I bite into an Auntie Anne’s pretzels. A hot apple. A buttery apple. A super salty apple. Not working. It is what it is. It’s delicious, and not a healthy apple, I am afraid. Did that stop me from getting two? I had to! I got a buy one/get one FREE deal from their website(Pretzel Perks mailing list) as a birthday gift. Turning down a birthday gift would be just plain rude! Yes, I could have shared one with someone. However, my friends all work on Monday afternoons, and you gotta eat them whilst they’re hot.(I did manage to contain myself and only devour, I mean nibble just one right on the spot.) I saved the other for later that night. I’m having an apple later today, or maybe a Godiva truffle or two.
