Clean and well lit, this garage is centrally located for the many businesses that are within walking distance. A word to the wise, don’t park and hope for the best just because you’re only running across the street. There are people patrolling on foot to verify that you have paid for parking and you’re gonna be sick when you get back to your car and see that ticket. I got lucky and pulled right into a spot that had an hour remaining on the meter. The meter can be paid by credit card and they have an app for ease of use.

Signs made this garage easy to find after plugging the address into my GPS. I had no trouble securing a spot after most happy hours had ended. Knowing my tendency to linger at places, I didn’t want to fight the restrictive parking meters in the area or practice my skillful 11-point parallel parking job some more. I love that you can pay for it with cash or credit at the machine by the elevator. Super easy to access the Bethesda Lane retail outlets from here. As Macrae O so keenly observes, not a nightmare on Elm Street. ;)

I really like this lot because it is tucked away and not many people want to have to pay $ 1 per hour. I don’t mind the cost and getting in and out is easy.
