We were going to try this place. Pulled into the parking space, and could see the guy behind the counter picking his nose where everyone could see. He did not wash his hands. He just continued working. We drove away and never returned.

I’ve driven by this place a million times en route to Danbury and always wondered how their takeout was. I should have known better when I found the place completely empty on a Saturday night. Nearly all the food seemed to be reheated and previously prepared. Eggrolls were dry and doughy, just about nothing inside them. I couldn’t even get myself to try the cold sesame noodles, they just didn’t look right. Ditto for the wontons in hot oil, which appeared to be more of a gooey bolognese sauce with peas and carrots. Very odd. I’d recommend searching around for a place that is busy w/​a lot of takeout business. That’s usually a sign of hope.
