Frank’s Tire & Automotive

Frank’s tire and auto are top notch. Not only once but twice did I have to have my car repaired do accident damage. First was avoiding a deer causing over $ 10 000 dollars in under carriage damage and then when a driver decided they wanted to be in the same lane as me, even though I was already there. another $ 8000 in damages, but I asked Frank to only use factory parts and he did. When I asked him if he would take this car cross country tomorrow… he said when do we leave… Frank and his crew are no BS… they’re there for their customers.

Terrible customer service and tried to rip me off too. Accepted a tow from AAA and then didn’t show up because I asked them to take it to a different repair place. Do NOT use them. Very shady business. They guy I spoke to was Jimmy. He’s a con artist. Stay away from this business.

Problem is not with roadside assistance. Problem is definitely with your business. You accepted the tow I asked if you could do it with car unattended and then when Jimmy said no I drove to the car and waited. He called the roadside assistance company one minute before the truck was supposed to be there, and cancelled the tow even though I told him I would meet the truck there, causing me to wait for another tow truck. Your bait and switch policy of not giving good customer service toe olé who don’t get towed to your shady establishment shows in your other extremely low ratings. I am not sure if you are shady too, or if it is just your employees, but that’s no way to run a successful business. Sharing this with Facebook and the BBB.

If there was a way to put 0 stars I would. This was one of the worst experiences with auto repair I’ve ever had! They up sold us and convinced us to buy things we didn’t need. Replaced all of my brakes. The car sounded 1000x worse after they worked on it! Drove it to VA, thinking the noise was normal, as that’s what the mechanic said. Found out the brake pad fell off and was rubbing metal on metal. Took it back and they «fixed» it. Owner was very apologetic as he should have been. Never going back. 2 months later… tires kept losing air pressure. Took it to a different mechanic who said that Frank’s did not seal the tires. A ploy I’m sure to bring it back to them! Extremely disappointed. Would never want my worst enemy to go here.

Havent been here in years but the last time I was here was charged exorbanant amount for a repair plus they broke more parts and said they didn’t do it. Went in for a hub to be replaced 250 ended up paying over 1000 after they found a bad motor mount and while they were doing that they crushed my power steering line and didn’t notice it until I left and it started making a strange noise. Their response the next day was we didn’t do that. Yep I go around breaking my car myself. Stay away from Jessie if he is still there as he can be rude and is out to make himself more commission on small jobs than anyone …
