I am just not so sure what to say about this location — I am just NOT impressed. Overall, I think the selection is smaller than other BB&B stores. For some reason the entire store just feels smaller. The staff is really just ok. I inquired about a wall hanging that I saw there a month ago and the woman looked at me like I had 50 heads. I did find the woman in the fine dining department to be helpful, but that was about it for the store. A nice feature this location offers (I am not sure if they did it by necessity or convenience) is a gift wrapping station. After you buy your items, you can go and wrap them for free with the traditional BB&B wrapping paper and bags (you typically see at bridal showers). I do like that availability of wrapping all gifts, and not just wedding registry items. The Keurig coffee selection is extremely small. I am also not happy in general about their coupon policy that started some time ago with the 20% coupons becoming 10% coupons after a few weeks.
