We stopped here in our way home, and we have regretted the choice ever since. I don’t know if we happened upon this place during a bad day, but by reading the other reviews, everyday is a bad day. The food was sloppily put together, the taco pizza seemed like it hasn’t even been cooked. We took some items back to the counter for correction, and had to wait 30 minutes. Everyone else in the restaurant were having the same problems. We won’t be visiting this taco bell again, and opt for anything else.

I felt like I needed to update the 2 older reviews. We ate lunch here and the store was clean and the staff friendly. The food is taco bell food and was very good.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Disgusting, dirty and greasy– and I’m not just talking about the food. The cashier never greeted us, just asked if it was to-​go or not. Two of the three people working ignored us before finally taking our order. The food was greasy and tasteless (usually Taco Bell is pretty decent on this.)
I have definitely made better choices than to eat at this particular Taco Bell but as I was traveling, I didn’t have much choice or energy to leave and make a better decision. I will be surprised if I do not get sick from this experience. This place needs to be shut down.

Stillwater, OK
This is one of the slowest and worst managed fast food places I’ve ever been. It took us 20 minutes to get through the drive through and they didn’t know our order when we got to the window. They were out of rice, didn’t include all of our food and overcharged us. To top it off, my husband’s burrito and taco wrappers were covered in sauce and soaking wet. If you are traveling on Hwy 35 and looking for a place to stop, DO NOT stop here. If it wouldn’t have taken even longer, I would have gone inside to ask for my money back. It is an embarrassment for their management.
