As far as I know, this place is now closed. Sad. Phone is disconnected and doors are locked.

Went there January 24th and it was locked up. Some people walking by said it was shut down. What a shame!

Not as good as at their last location on May. This was my first visit at this location. The fish was still cooked perfectly, however, which is a blessing so far inland. The menu seems smaller and the ambiance is like that of a run down diner now. I may have to just hit their more upscale location at La Brasa and stay for thé club scene.

I am so happy that OKC has such a gem as Inca Trail. I was a customer at their old location and recently decided to try their new location. It’s definitely more out of the way for me, and was a bit difficult to find, but it was worth the drive. Everything I loved about the original restaurant carried over and I actually think the new location is better. It is smaller, but is also brighter. The same great, helpful, and sweet staff are at the new location. I wish I had taken a picture of their menu while I was there. Their website is currently down and I can’t find any legible menu pics online to help me remember the name and prices of what we ate! My husband ordered the chicken fried rice, which he enjoyed much more than I did. To me, it was a little dry, but it was a very large portion and full of veggies and chicken. I ordered a steak, which was heavily marinated and served with beans, plantains, and avocado. I really love yucca so I asked to sub the beans for yucca and they were very happy to accommodate. The steak was cooked perfectly and was so flavorful and juicy! Definitely worth trying again. Each meal at Inca Trail comes with homemade chicken soup. It isn’t anything special but it is tasty and is a comforting, homemade touch. The meal also comes with two traditional Peruvian sauces: a yellow Aji Amarillo(yellow chili pepper) sauce and a green Aji sauce(green pepper sauce). Both of them are so flavorful and perfect to dip steak, chicken, or rice in. We actually ended up taking some extra sauce home to serve with rotisserie chicken later in the week. I am glad Inca Trail didn’t disappear completely. I hope people give them a try and keep them in business because it is such a unique place.

Thought we had lost them forever. Took a while but we found their new location. Menu is smaller and atmosphere much more casual but food and people just as great! Never had anything bad, but favorites include ceviche(WOW!!), roasted chicken and the steak with sides of sweet plantains.

They left their old location on N. May and Hefner and moved across the street from SNU in Bethany, so we stopped in to check out the new location. I really loved their old location so not sure why they moved. The menu is smaller than their precious location. We were here for lunch so I don’t know if the dinner menu is different. This place is smaller and not as nice as the old location, and parking was a little more confusing(more parking can be easily found behind the building). However upon arriving, the server was really nice and friendly. We started with the Jalea appetizer(fried calamari, shrimp, and fish). It was delightfully crispy and fresh and the sauce it came with was really yummy. Add a side and it could be an entrée easily! We also orders the Ceviche Mixto, and deliciously seasoned ceviche of mixed seafood. Just the right amount of lime and flavor but not masking the flavor of the seafood. It’s very filling and I couldn’t finish my plate. We also orders another plate, but I can’t remember the actual name of it. It is a fish filet steamed with vegetables in a fish stock and tomato base served with rice. My friend who ordered it said it was really good. I believe it was called Sudado de Pescado, but I could be wrong. We also ordered flan and tres leche cake for dessert. They were as expected, not anything special but certainly not bad. All in all, I really look forward to coming back. The Jalea and Ceviche Mixto are definitely my favorite items!

I give 5 stars for the food! The atmosphere not so much 5 stars, but that just let’s you know it’s all about the food. I had the Churrasco a lo Pobre(that’s «for the poor» because there’s a lot to the entrée) and it was a perfect mix of all I love, minus the side of beans I ordered. Plated nicely and lots of food(those the $ 11.99 price tag). My dinner mate had a ceviche and was pleased as well. I will be returning, for sure, if not just for the plantains!

We enjoy Inca Trail. The furnishings are not fancy. The food is basic but good and authentic. The rice is awesome. We’ve been back several times. The service the first few times was outstanding. The last 2 or 3 visits the wait staff is not as good.
