Christina and Kim are great. I had three successive ionic foot baths which I felt great after. You can also get a pedicure after the ionic foot bath, but I found this wasn’t as relaxing as a normal pedicure and foot soaking. The ionic foot bath is just another way to help rid your body of toxins. I also enjoyed a facial with Christina which was excellent. The Osmosis products she used on my skin really made a difference. I am using the aging moisturizer currently and I do see a difference. I will definitely be back. Christina is typically in services so you will leave message on answering machine. Appointments are really a must for everything. For some reason I couldn’t post a photo but the Ionic bath residue is interesting

Fantastic deep tissue massage! Gerri is awesome! She is slight and soft spoken so my first inclination was «no way she can get into my shoulder muscle» but boy was I wrong! Great place!

I had a fantastic experience. Booked a mani/​pedi while on vacation. Upon arrival also decided to add on the foot detox. Customer service is great here! Also added on a facial for later in the week and was also very happy with my services. Would definetly reccommend this spa!!!

Great atmosphere! So many cute lotions and beauty products. I’m looking foward to planing my daughters birthday party here !! Really laid back and relaxing. I highly suggest checking this place out!!!

I had a great experience here for a mani/​pedi. I waited for a day that I could get the first available appointment, so I could arrive early and maximize my beach time later. I had hoped to get started even a few minutes early, but as a small business, the staff needed some time to prep the stations before I could start, but that was a minor issue.
The service came with refreshing fruit-​infused water and a cold (or hot) neck wraps. Very nice touches.
The room was comfortable and the therapist was friendly and professional. I enjoyed our chat and got a great service. After a week of sun and sand exposure, the gel mani and regular pedi still look great. I will definitely go back.

One of the best spas I have ever been to. Just moved here from Philadelphia and I was concerned about finding the right place for facials, maini-​pedi. Kristina is so pleasant and accommodating. Just the best!!! I am now a regular customer and very happy with the move to Bethany Beach.

UPDATE: Spring Break Spa Fun!
Used the the handy online appointment request form online, I got a lovely mani-​pedi w/​gel fingernails & an eyebrow wax with the owner Kristina Isom, and it was a wonderful experience!
I adore the heated neck wrap she uses during the treatments! Maybe my search of enjoyable and reasonable maini-​pedi beach destination has been found! You just can’t walk in and expect to get an appointment — you have to do a little planning ahead. That’s not a bad thing!
2 days later I came back & had an appointment with David for an hour long Swedish massage. (His name was mentioned positively on the Unilocal reviews!!) He was on time (early, even!) pleasant, and listened to my target areas! I just about FLOATED out of there & had a great nap later! Ahhhh! wonderful!
When visiting Bethany, Fenwick, Rehoboth Beach or Ocean City — give this warm, welcoming, cozy and centrally located Spa a chance! They have a LOT to offer!

Update: returned to Mind, Body & Sole for a massage. Excellent — David asked questions about what type of pressure I liked, any areas of concern, etc. Very relaxing and an added bonus, the music was not the typical new-​age stuff or the sounds of waterfalls. Quiet and soothing but more like music you’d listen to in real-​life.
Massage was a good value ($ 75 for 50 min massage).

My mother and I just got a manicure and we couldn’t be happier! The atmosphere is very comfortable and our nail technician was wonderful. Definitely recommend this place. Can’t wait until the weather gets warm and I can get my feet done!

Went here the other day to have my eye brows waxed. Christina was great! She used hard wax, which was new to me, but not as harsh on my skin. Despite me having one of the last appointments of the day and making it fairly last minute, she was right on time and I didn’t have to wait long at all. The space is also really nice and very inviting. Overall, a great experience and I can wait to come back for a massage or pedicure next time I’m in the area!

The women were so welcoming and the Enviornment was relaxing. Amazing massage and then I tried the Ionix Detox which was so cool– can’t wait to do again at home! Christina was extremely knowledgable about her products and took the time to look up allergen details for me and make referrals that didn’t even benefit her salon. Thanks for the great experience!

Just relocated to Bethany from Ocean City Beach home and needed a good place for manicure pedicure. I decided to try the foot detox based on reviews and curiosity. It was amazing and I will definitely go back. Kristina did a great manicure and pedicure and my nails have lasted. I definitely recommend this place for all services and will go back for a facial as well! Thanks Kristina!
