Stealing credit card number and selling them in California. We know this because we never use my wife’s card anywhere, except for the one time we used it at this place. A week later we are getting hit with $ 200 at gamestop in San Jose, $ 200 at a restaurant in San Jose, and etc. So, have at it if you want the hassle of telling your bank you haven’t been to cali in years.

Just ignorance. They didn’t ask or
credit card number. 30 min later I called and now the rude girl said she would take my card and how much a tip, but wouldn’t give me the total. He’s on his way supposedly after 40 mins, but I still don’t know the total. Go somewhere else if you can. Don’t even know what the food taste like at this point. Not sure if it’s going to show up really. 53 mins later it has not and I educated the rude girl on the phone not to charge my card or I will report her for fraud. Still hungry and now angry. What a comedy of errors. This morning I came outside to find my windshield shattered. No branches nearby. Coincidence?

Awful customer service. I went to pick up some food from here. I got my food after 25 min. Then went home. When I got home to feed my family I noticed the order was wrong and I was missing items. When I called to inform them of the problem they yelled at me saying I ordered different and was cussed out in English and Chinese. On top of that the food that I did get was cold and hard like it’s been sitting all day.

Had to update. Shanghai now delivers within a 5 mile radius with a min order of $ 20. Awesome. My wife says the won ton soup is the bomb.
