I went to this Walgreens on 07÷29÷15 to be seen at the urgent care clinic. My case was not emergent and didn’t warrant a visit to the local ER, but it was bad enough that a walk in clinic was needed. I arrived at 6:45 and was told they are no longer seeing patients for the day. The hours say they are open until 7:30. I explain this, and am told, «Sorry sir, we don’t have time to see anymore patients.» I look over at the sign in board, and there is one patient waiting… you’re open until 7:30, how do you not have time to see a patient when there is only one patient waiting??? She then says that I can set up an appointment for tomorrow. Why would I set up an appointment for an urgent care clinic? I have a regular physician I see, if it wasn’t urgent I would just set up an appointment with them, but it is urgent and this is supposedly an Urgent Care Clinic… the place you go when you can’t wait till tomorrow, but at the same time you have the common decency to not burden an Emergency Room with what ails you. The main point is, if your posted hours are open until 7:30, don’t close up shop at 6:45… so now, instead of being in and out and quickly seen, I am forced to crowd an already crowded emergency room with something that is not an emergency and end up paying 10x the cost, even with insurance.

Good enough. Not great. PROS: Modern Walgreens, convenient location, plenty of parking. CONS: Drive-thru takes terribly long. 30 minute waits in your car are not uncommon — even with two lines going. Pharmacy counter appears to be woefully understaffed after sundown. Also, regrettable that this otherwise up-to-date Walgreen’s doesn’t have Healthcare Clinic.

Very nice and clean store. Very convenient when in need for a late night snack. It’s open 24⁄7! There is also a redbox located inside which is always a plus.

I will give it a ok, the store needs to be managed better. I like to walk up there when I can sometimes every day but when you go in and there is only 2 lines going and 50 people in line. you think crap! and some of the young girls in the pharmacy need to improve on there customer service. customers first, facebook second.

Pretty decent sized Walgreens… nice and clean and good selection… it may be better than the CVS down the street.

It’s clean and new and has everything that Walgreens stores usually have. However, the employees could be a bit friendlier. And what is with all of the signs in Spanish?
