Hookah Hana

Smooth, clean, and some of the best hookah I have had ever. This place opened up after I moved to DC (so less than two years ago I believe). They use different coals which are insanely awesome and I wish I could tell you what they were called because Junior (our hookah master) explained them to me and I forgot.
My usual issue with hookah is that you can sometimes taste the coal and it’s not something you can sustain for a long time. At hookah Hana, that is not the case. They must thoroughly clean their hookahs and use some pure materials because you will only taste the flavor you choose. My sister had white grape, I had blue mist and my cousin had some aphrodisiac flavor or something. All of the flavors were amazing. The hookahs look brand new and the service is beyond amazing. Junior was our hookah master and he made sure our hookahs were awesome.
The place itself is very modern with ever changing ceiling colored lights. There are multiple televisions with plenty of music videos playing. They have some drinks and snacks too! Supposedly they may be getting some more limited food items this month as well.
It’s one of the cleanest hookah places I’ve seen in Chicago. The staff are exceptionally good and I guarantee you won’t taste better hookah than at this place. I can’t wait to go back to Chicago and visit them again. Please Hookah Hana don’t change! You guys are awesome !

Awesome place… it was our 1^st time and we ejoyed it… staff was friendly and didnt bother you too much, which was great… they had music videos on the wall all around relaxing and enjoying… we will definitely be back

I’ve been going to shisha spots for the past 15 years all over the country and I can genuinely say that I’ve never had a better experience than the one I had at hookah hana! The staffs attention to customer service was like no other. Junior and Tommas made sure that we were constantly doing ok, enjoying ourselves and comfortable. On top of that. Tommas took the time to sit with me and totally school me on all things shisha (hookah) I left there questioning everything I’ve ever known about this stuff, and I couldn’t have been more excited to return! It was refreshing to go to a local spot where I could chill and enjoy myself knowing that not only was I smoking out of a clean, well maintained hookah, but I genuinely felt like Tommas cares about providing his customers with only the best product and experience all around. If you enjoy hookah, this place will change your life. I can’t wait to go back! Take your friends and enjoy this little gem in Berwyn. I drive an hour to get there and don’t think twice about it! :)

Awesome service the people there are super friendly, they always welcome their guest make sure they are okay. Making sure they don’t need anything always offering something to drink. With the 3 times I’ve been there they already remember who I am, and it’s real cheap to get in

Very clean, welcoming, and fun environment! I usually hookah at home, but this is a spot that I would venture out to with my friends. Very high quality hookah and impeccable service. Tolmas was the best, he was willing to do anything to make sure we had a great experience in the lounge. I would highly recommend that you visit and I will definitely go back because of the top notch service.

I love hookah and my friends advised me to checkout this spot. As soon I walked in I loved this place. Their hookah and vibe is an amazing. Everyone was very friendly. Hookahs aren’t pricey, you pay for quality. They are doing a lot of changes and it’s very good. They have unique hookahs and big choice of the flavors. Hookah Hanna is definitely the place to go to if you’re looking for a fun atmosphere along with some smooth hookah to smoke. Not only that but if you’re looking to get a hookah to enjoy whenever at home this is also where you can get it along with all the accessories needed!!! Truly a great experience.

I love this place. Came here few days ago on my trip to ch. and it was amazing. I’m so picky with my hookah but the hookah I ordered here was perfect. Also they had my fav flavor which is grape by AlFackher. Charcoals were decent, service was amazing, I ended up tipping a lot ;) I love to Típ over 20% when service deserves it :). I met Tomas he was very nice and made me feel really comfortable and special. I’ll be coming back in the future ;) thanks hookah Hana for making of my day an excellent one.

Came here the other night and was amazed by the beautiful décor amazing service and outstanding hookah !! Open late and in a great location. The music was great with good vibes from everyone around !
I will definitely be coming back soon. The owner and manager Toimas was so helpful in choosing an amazing flavor to assure we enjoyed our hookah.

I went here with group of my friends and I loved it. Great vibe, nice modern music. Delicious hookah, with a lot of smoke. Stuff was very nice to me. Famous hookah master Tolmas in town. He showed me great hospitality. I advise this place every person who loves hookah. Come and enjoy it!!!

Took a visit to this place and it was my first time in town. I’m a complete hookah enthusiast and Tomas the hookah master was in town dude the hookah was on point, music was great and I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I’ll be sure to be back again when I’m in Chicago. Shit was ill. Dope place good vibes ask for Tomas.

It’s clear that the string of nothing but 5 star reviews are from either friends of the owners or were bought.
The hookah is awful… cheap tobacco that tastes terrible, old hookahs with cheap plastic hoses and mismatched/​rundown couches and chairs. The staff consists of two chicks (wearing street clothes) who have clearly had ZERO training in either waiting tables OR how to make a hookah. Terrible hookah and worst service I’ve probably ever had. Would give it zero stars if I could.

Found this place off Unilocal and it paid off. Walked in was greeted and helped right away. They have a large selection of hookah tobacco flavorers in the menu. The staff was very nice making sure the charcoal was good and if we needed anything. Music was good and the hookah was great I definitely will be back. This place is 18+ so it’s a younger crowd if your trying to have a drink there is a bar literally next door so I would recommend this place for hookah

I’ve been to this place dozens of times. The things I like most about it is the atmosphere, costumer service, cost and vibe. They play the most recent Music. Bring the hookahs out quickly & the hookahs are pretty damn good. My favorite thing about this place is the costumer service! The owner of this establishment is one of the nicest guys I’ve met. He constantly asks how your doing and works fast and efficient if something is wrong with the hookah. He’s always changing the place to make it better! Unlike most other hookah bars that leave things the same for years on end. It’s nice and chill on the weekdays and crazy popping on the weekends. I drive 30 miles to this place so that should speak for its self on how great this place is

Since their opening and still now I think this is hands down one of the most top notch hookah bars in the semi Chicago area. Love the décor from the multi TVs and leather couches to the lights. Double bathrooms always a plus when ladies are busy taking selfies ;)
You can tell hard work and money has been put into this place and the service provided at this specific location. The owner is very chill and Connor one of the workers makes some amazing flavors, hookah prodigy.
