I recently stopped by to look at purchasing an iPhone 6S. While the staff is welcoming and courteous, they attempted to charge $ 760+tax for a 32GB model that is clearly $ 750 at either the Apple Store or a «direct» Verizon Wireless store. I was able to load up the Verizon Wireless website and the agent was able to «match» this price. This store is a authorized («indirect») retailer. Additionally, they attempted to charge a $ 40 «activation fee» that is not a bona fide Verizon Wireless activation fee. After my negative experience here, I called to confirm with Verizon Wireless and they confirmed fee is not usually charged with the new Monthly Device Installment plans… in other words it must have been applied directly by this store. As always, before signing anything at any place of business, make sure you read the fine print. I walked out and was able to get a better deal at a «direct» Verizon store.

I’m a new mobile phone owner — no, really, I’ve never owned one before this year; but work and life circumstances compelled some changes — and these folks got me fully on track in the space of two weeks with a Jetpack and an iPhone. They also took time to see me through the follow-up questions and adjustments. I can’t say enough about their knowledge and patience. If a long-time Luddite can be taken such good care of, anyone can. This is because of the professionals who work in this space.
