Best thai in the area. Can’t go wrong. The staff is really great as well, very friendly. Love the Thai tea.

I really enjoyed my dinner here. I was craving Thai and its BYOB so definitely a win win! I ordered the basil fried rice, the cucumber salad, and Thai iced tea! All were delish! My only recommendation would be to add spice with the condiments provided bc I ordered my dish«spicy» and it was too spicy for me(and I LOVE spice)… Not to worry, my dish was re-made without hesitation. Great food and great service :-)

One of the better Thai spots in Chicagoland from a few perspectives. Most importantly, the food. Great. Aesthetics and décor, equally nice and really puts you smack-dab-someplacethailand. We started with cold and hot teas. The ridiculously soothing and comforting Ginger tea was a perfect entrée into our meal with the most enticing spice. Thai iced tea was also great with a nice balance of star anise/clove, tea, and milk. They have a great lunch special for under 8 $ that includes, app, soup, and main… limited app choices but still worth it. We also heard about the sweet potato fritters app so started with those. They were lights out the best fritters i’ve ever had with impeccable presentation. It should also be noted that all of their sauces are made fresh daily and it’s very apparent. The clear broth chicken soup is also worth mentioning, would get this as a stand alone meal come winter time, sick time. Light, delicious and so fresh and so clean. Entrée’s: The only slight let down was the cashew chicken as the sauce had a bit of a burnt taste to it, not overpowering but worth noting. Pad See Ewe was awesome, chicken in both had a fantastic sear to it and love when an execution of wok/pan fried cooking can be done so perfectly. [x] Don’t miss it

Great place in Berwyn for some quality Thai food. I’ve only dined in once and it was a pleasant experience. Place has modern urban vibe with a pretty chill atmosphere(plus it’s BYOB, yay!). It took a while to receive our entrees which is strange because whenever when I order carryout I’ve never had any issues with wait time. I usually go with the Pad Thai with a side of Summer Rolls which is always consistent and delicious. Prices aren’t too bad either.

This place is a rip off. They advertise one price under menu and then they double it when you order. When I called to question of the bill, they said that sorry the menu is one year old. I am going to report them to the Almighty government of Unilocal

I’ve been coming here for three years now. The food used to be excellent, but the food now is just bad. Everything was very bland. The kitchen doesn’t seem to know how to make Thai food or use Thai spices. The Tom Kai was watery and the chicken lemongrass had no lemongrass flavor at all. I hope they get it together soon. Maybe their chef is too busy at their Pilsen location.

Been a long time customer of carry out here. We always order at least once a week. But yesterday was a disaster. I ordered the clay pot, which is supposed to be simmered noodles. Instead of simmered noodles, I got stir fried noodles. False advertisement. Called and guy on phone says that he is only the order taking guy. Did nothing about it. If I wanted the stir fried glass noodles Instead of simmered noodles, I would order pad woon sen and paid less money! Plus, we noticed that they have been stingy on the beef for pad beef brocolli lately. You lost a loyal customer!

Great find in Berwyn. My two cents: Lychee Drink — Reminds me of the lychee grass jelly drink. Thumbs up. Summer Rolls — I was expecting more out of the summer rolls, but it tasted like it just came out of the fridge. Bonus points for the sauce though. Pad Thai — Yum! It was the perfect marriage of sweet, salty, sour, and spicy. The noodles were cooked just right, the scallions and bean sprouts were very fresh, and the peanuts were roasted and chopped to perfection. Loved it. Crab Fried Rice — Real crab! I was expecting imitation crab, but it’s the real deal. Huge portion size, but I finished every last grain of rice. They do add cilantro garnish on top, so just a heads up if you don’t like cilantro. Tapioca Pearl Dessert — The waitress recommended it and I was pleasantly surprised. I normally see clear tapioca pearls, but these were red. It was sweet, but not the burn-your-throat level sweet. Great way to finish off the meal. If you want pad thai, check this place out!

I haven’t been to Bodhi Thai for a few years, so was eager to see if it was still as good. Unfortunately, it was a mixed bag, leaning toward disappointing. VIBE: Rather austere storefront Thai ambiance, but comfortable enough. Well-lit and conversation-friendly. SERVICE: Reserved, almost cold. Appetizer and soup came out quickly, entrées were slow to arrive. GOOD: Summer rolls(very much like Vietnamese spring rolls) were good, as was the accompanying peanut sauce. Tom kha soup was tasty; though the chicken was a bit chewy(I wish Thai restaurants would use good fresh chicken instead of what seems to be the rubbery frozen birds). NOTSOGOOD: Lard Na sounded good, but didn’t make the grade: noodles were more gelatinous than I’ve experienced elsewhere, and the dish had a bitter off flavor, as though the oil was scorched or rancid. Chicken in panang curry was chewy, like that in the tom kha soup. Rice was undercooked. I really want to like this place, but this visit was sub-par. Maybe I’ll try them one more time.

Pretty good. The pad won sen is really good. I recommend this place for sure. The waitress was a good server but it seemed like it was her first day. All in all a good dinning experience.

This place is a gem hidden in Berwyn. The Pad Thai and Thai Iced Tea does not disappoint. It’s a very cute place to sit in as well! I’ve gone multiple times and plan to again.

Stopped in for a lunch with my daughter. She loves Asian food and is a vegetarian, I’m not. Not very adventurous for me, I had the Pad Thai. She had the noodles and veggie stir fry. Bottom line is that we loved the place. The food was great, the price point was very reasonable. The service was friendly and very helpful. I’m excited to go back and try more of the menu. It’s so nice to have a place like this in Berwyn.

The Fresh Spring Rolls were okay; and the Spicy Basil Leaves with pork were very good, nice flavor. I ordered it extra spicy, but I didn’t think it was that hot. Good thing they had the spice tray! I have a tolerance for heat. My dining partner had the Rice Soup with chicken and liked it. All in all since it is just around the corner, I know I’ll be back. On a par with Yum Thai in nearby Forest Park, but maybe a little bit better ambiance. Clean, modern. Pretty empty when we went there for lunch on a Saturday afternoon, but I don’t know the evening crowd. Gotta try some of those curries too, they looked good. Best Thai place I’ve tried in Berwyn so far. BYOB.

Everything here is wonderful and the staff are so friendly! I always order Pad Curry Noodles and Thai Iced Coffee. The lunch special is delicious and comes with tons of foods, including my favorite crab rangoons. One my coworkers and I accidentally ordered 19 rangoons and it was amazing.

Ordered take out here a few hours ago. I’m so torn between giving this place a 3 or a 4 but ultimately I decided on a 3. First the good. The Basil Fried Rice was good, nothing ground breaking, simple. The Pad Ke Mao was delicious as well as the Panang Curry. I even think the Panang had sweet potato, which was an excellent choice. Now the bad. Do not order the Pad Thai. Unless you like sweet. Like a lot of sweet. It was probably one of the worst Pad Thai’s I’ve ever had. All the dishes that we got had chicken in it and in all the dishes the chicken was dry. Not to the point where it was rubbery and stuck to your teeth, but they were dry. But then again the prices were very reasonable. Almost every dish was eight bucks. Which is great. But I asked myself if I would come back here, and the ultimate answer was no. I hate giving this place a 3 but it is what it is I guess.
