Anna’s Linens

Anna’s gives me the chance to decorate my place without having to pay outrageousness prices because I’m not willing to spend $ 300 for a set of sheets my kids are going to spill grape juice on. The manager here is absolutely lovely and the staff is friendly. They have sales papers and shopping carts which makes it easier for me when I’m zooming around the store. Overall it’s a good place to furnish your home without spending a million bucks and this store is my favorite location because it’s so organized.

Anna’s Linens has quality products and great sales.
That being said, they do not have great customer service.
I have limited my excursions to this store based on how poor the customer service has been.
One particular time I came to the store to buy linen for my son’s dorm room; he was a freshman in college. I was ready to drop a lot of greenbacks in the store, regardless of any sales. Unfortunately, no one was around to help me find anything! I literally walked up and down every aisle in the store looking for a salesperson, to no avail. Eventually I gave up and my son and I found what we needed via trial and error.
Another occasion, I came to the store to buy linen for my bathroom. I had questions, and once again, no one was available. I got fed up and took my items to the cash register and loudly said, «HELLO??? IS THERE ANYONE HERE WHO CAN RING UP MY PURCHASES??!» A woman came out of the backroom and slowly came to the register. She asked me if I needed anything. I couldn’t believe it. I told her I wanted to pay for my purchases so that I could leave. She took her time ringing up the items, and was complaining under her breath about having to «work the cash register».
The only way I’ll come to this store is if there is a really, really good sale. And I’m able to locate the item on my own successfully, since I know no one there will help me.
