I had a difficult long distance move to make going from Austin, TX to Hoboken, NJ. Since we were downsizing from a 3-​bedroom, 2 ½ bath house into a 1-​bedroom apartment half the size of our house, we had a lot of work to do. Jean Kidd helped us wrap our heads around what to do. She helped us sequence our work in terms of vetting our belongings, deciding what items went to storage, what items went with us, and what items we were going to donate. Then she helped us stage everything to make the packing easy for the movers who were moving things to different locations. She really made an overwhelming task feel more manageable. We couldn’t have done it without her!
