Horrible experience. I had an appointment there last week and forgot to go in, which was of course my own fault. When I discovered the error I rescheduled, asking her staff to double bill me(which they were happy to do) so they wouldn’t lose money on the lost time. I was running about five minutes late on the second appointment, and called ahead to let them know. When I got there, at 9:05 instead of 9, they accepted my payment(of $ 40 for two brow waxes), and only THEN did the owner proceed to dress me down within earshot of other customers and tell me they would not serve me anymore. I had been a customer for 7 years and had never before missed an appointment. To say I was appalled by this customer service would be an understatement.

I love Romey! I met her when she worked at another salon. Great colorist. I did not always go to her because I did not like the salon where she worked then. Now she has her own salon and spa! Aveda to boot! Easy access location from VA7(Harry Bird/Leesburg Pike) in Berryville. Salon is beautiful. This is now my exclusive salon and spa.
