My Neighbor and Me

Every time I go to My Neighbor and Me I find at least one thing I can’t possible live without. My home is more beautiful thanks to this great shop.

This is a cozy little shop nestled into the second floor, chock full of beautiful handicrafts and other little surprises from all around the world. It’s lovely, unique offerings are clearly carefully curated by the owner.
The shop owner, by the way, is a gem. She has mastered the art of making you feel totally at home. She somehow manages to be warm and available, without being remotely pushy or hovering.
When I asked her for help putting together a gift, she was gracious enough to realize when I didn’t like her suggestions, and easily offered something else without skipping a beat.
I live on the West Coast now, but my mom still sends me pictures of some of the beautiful pieces that grace this exquisite little find. Photo credit is hers, not mine.
