This is a father son company that provides superior service. Our septic alarm went off early this morning and they were there assessing the trouble within one hour of our call. They took the time to explain what could be happening and tested the pump. They returned with the necessary parts and equipment later the same day completing the repair and pumping out the tanks in short order. Options for future prevention of switch failure were discussed and the lesser expensive one was recommended. Best of all the actual cost was reasonable and lower than the estimate. We will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to our neighbors. They are also approved by the health department and up on current code.

I called on a Wednesday and they were out Thursday morning right on time per the appointment.
