I started researching replacement windows several months ago. Every blog that I read, rated OKNA windows very highly and reasonably priced, compared to the names that we all know. I had other estimates done, but they were rather pricey. I found that Suburban Windows installs OKNA and went on their website to call them. But then discovered they have an online estimator! No appointments, no 2 hour sales presentation, no commitment! I filled it out and within 24 hours had my estimate! I happy with the price and called them to come out to measure. Although I was skeptical, they kept to the price they quoted me online! I hired them to replace my sunroom windows, a large picture window and a small double-​hung. Rich, who made the sale, and Rob, came to do the work. I can’t say enough about them. They made sure that I was happy every step of the way. If I had questions, they stopped their work to explain. If I didn’t like something, they changed it so that I was happy. Additionally, they are hard-​working, detail-​oriented, respectful, polite and clean.
