Actually LOUDER than a Chuck E Cheese! We had to leave early because of kids stomping, yelling, and singing so loud that the place almost vibrated! And all the spineless management could do was offer a weak apology after we were sonically blasted out of there. Plus, they screwed up our order, bringing us food we didn’t ask for and forgetting one item we did order. Oh, and the food was average. Better pizza places are out there. NOT a good experience at all. :-(

It was many years since I’d been there(the last time the service was slow and the employee at the window was unattentive and the food was just ok), my wife and I decided to give it another try. After all, things change. We went on a Thursday evening and there weren’t many people there(around 10 people with 2 – 3 in the process of ordering food). When we came in, we went to the takeout/cashier window to see if we were to seat ourselves. The waitress came out and seated us promptly. She asked what we’d like to drink before we sat down and we asked for water to start. About 10 minutes later she came back to take our order. I wanted the Philly Steak grinder and asked about the type of cheese they used. She said they used provolone though they could do Swiss or American. I just wanted to make sure it wasn’t the liquid stuff from a can. So I ordered the Philly Steak grinder. She confirmed that I wanted onions, mushrooms and peppers on it(that’s what the menu listed) and I said I did. My wife ordered the roast beef panini and a glass of wine. The waitress said she would get the waters(not sure why it wasn’t brought earlier but not a big deal). After 35 minutes, we were wondering why things were taking so long, especially since nothing was coming out of the kitchen. Finally the plates arrived. I was a little surprised that mine had lettuce coming off the grinder but didn’t think much of it. After we started eating my wife noticed she had a wrap, not a panini. She mentioned it to the waitress who said«oh». My wife is pretty easy going so she let it go. As I ate my grinder, it didn’t seem like any Philly Steak I ever had. I took it apart and noticed it had mayo, lettuce and tomato with the steak. There was no cheese, mushrooms, onions or peppers. We were hungry by then and just finished our meals. After about 45 minutes after we were done, I decided to go to the window to pay for the bill since we hadn’t seen our waitress since she delivered the food. I told her about the grinder and what was/wasn’t in it. Her response was«sorry about that». The chef and only other worker were there so everyone that was working that night was standing there. I expected some type of adjustment since both meals were drastically wrong. Guess I expected too much and should have pressed the issue. My wife said on the way home that if we were to go again, we should confirm with them when we order, what we are ordering. It didn’t seem to make sense to me since the waitress specifically confirmed what was on my grinder and asked if I was ok with it. Anyway I was disappointed how they handled it and the grinder was dry since it didn’t have what it was supposed to have on it. I’m ok with people making mistakes; it’s all on how you deal with it. And they didn’t. Not good service.

This was the 3rd and last time I will go there. We always support our Berlin business, however, this last trip to the Pine Loft was it! First time the wings were great, 2nd time they were overdone,(and we did not complain) and this last time they shorted us by 5 wings, they forgot the blue cheese and bread, and the most importantly the wings were raw!!! I brought them back so they could look at the pathetic order that we paid for, I was told that they would redo them. I had already waited 20 minutes as the order was not even started when I went to pick them up and I was not about to wait another half hour waiting for them. I got my money back and told the owner he should read the disappointing reviews about his restaurant, the service and food and take more interest in it

It took a long time to get a grinder to go. No one greeted me at the counter for several minutes. I actually had to stick my head in through the doorway and call out. No greeting, and when my order was ready the server just gave it to me without a word. That’s the disappointing part. The grinder was good, though. Would I go back? I think I’d probably stop elsewhere, only because of the lackluster service.

I was hesitant to order delivery from pine loft because most of the reviews said terrible things like how delivery takes hours and so on but I ordered anyways because I work on the Berlin tpke. The food arrived in about 20 minutes and very hot. Delivery man was very pleasant. Food was wonderful. I ordered a panini and side of meatballs. Also the woman I spoke to on the phone was friendly and pleasant. I’ll order again for sure. Don’t always trust every bad review ;)

The Pine loft has karaōke on Mondays from 6−10pm. They also still have some of the best greasy pizza out there. I also enjoyed their cheesy garlic bread as well.

Great wings and rude service when I complained about my pizza that came with NO sauce. Waitress tried to embarrass me in front of my family. That was RUDE.
