Clean, friendly and always welcoming. Love it here! Technician Anna does a great job with both manicures and pedicures. Can usually walk in weekdays and be served without appointment– weekends must call ahead.

Had a truly lovely pedicure and foot massage by Paol. He was great at setting me at ease with friendly conversation.
My feet feel and look amazing. He really did a great job — I tipped him $ 10!
I loved the products they used. I only wish this was located near my home I Orlando Florida.
Very clean establishment. I liked that they had disposable files and buffers for each guest.
Knocked off a star because the owner greeted me a bit coldly and took some time to have me seated. Might have been my fault — I got a little lost and was late.
So really, I think they deserve an overall recommend!

I came here to get my nails done with my best friend for her wedding. We made an appointment and they were ready for us right on time! However, that’s where the good news ends.
First of all, my friend and I were separated and were unable to sit next to each other, even after asking! Second, the woman I had may as well been working here for the first time EVER. She had no talent and my nails looked worse than when I do them myself. Another issue to add to the situation was that there was no customer service whatsoever and nobody made any attempt to speak English at all.
As if that’s not enough, I didn’t even sit down in my seat to have my manicure done before she’s telling me that I have to pay and leave a tip beforehand. BYE. Talk about rude.
Worst manicure ever and never going back. I would advise anyone reading this to do the same and go somewhere else.

First of all the place is CLEAN the staff is friendly they do a fabulous pedicure the atmosphere is very relaxing. My only complaint is they don’t do acrylic nails I have to go somewhere else for my nails.

Elle Nails & Spa is my «go to» location to get pampered. I am there at least two or three times each month for gel nails and spa pedicures. Everyone is super friendly and overly accommodating. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel special. If I need to get in for a last minute appointment, they will fit me in. If I am sitting getting my nails done and I decide that I want a pedicure as well, they are more than happy to oblige. The pedicure menu is wonderful and there are many options to choose from. I always leave with a smile on and I look forward to my next appointment. If you have not yet tried Elle Nails & Spa, I highly recommend indulging. The pricing is exceptionally reasonable for the services. The location is extremely clean. I have been going there for years and I will continue to do so!

I absolutly LOVE Elle nails. Everyone is soooo nice and the atomosphere is so beautiful and extremley clean. It is not just your usual nail salon, it has a spa feel to it and I feel completley relaxed and rejuvinated after getting services there.

I visited this salon for the first time after my normal spot went through an ownership change, and I really liked it. Beautiful, clean interior, plenty of staff on hand, and modern chairs and tables. The pricing is slightly high, but I think it’s fair for what you get, and they offer a VIP card for discounts if you visit regularly. I only gave four stars instead of five for a few reasons: they don’t use a razor with their spa pedicure, so you are left with calluses no matter how hard they scrub, the polish selection could be better, the nail dryers are weak, and for me, the fact they are closed on Sundays is inconvenient. I will be coming back again though-it’s a really nice salon.

The ULTIMATELY WORST pedicure I have ever had and the lack of customer service to boot! I decided since I was in the area that I would try somewhere new. Have driven by a multituded of times. First of all, I was the only one in the place. I should have known! The girl spent more time massaging my feet and calves than she did on my pedi. The nails were filed unevenly,(some square, some rounded) dried skin left all around them (that was covered up by all the cream and massaging) caluses were still present and the polish had brush lines and a ridge up at the cuticule! When I had arrived at home I did a closer inspection and decided for $ 31 I was going to go back the following day. I thought perhaps they would have someone else give me what I had paid for, which was suppose to be a pedicure! When I had gone back to tell them how I was displeased with their service the girl blankly looked at me. She stood there and did not remotely try to rectifiy the issues. It was as though she didn’t understand me?! (last I knew, we did still speak english in this counrty) The girl then mumbled something like she «could» pick the dried skin off! Perhaps they need to look up the definition of «PEDICURE». I asked her if she sees what I see? Dried skin was only one issue here… She then stared at me like I was a crazy women and did not utter a word… I walked out! I never complain or ask for something for nothing but I will never recommend ths establishment! Take your business elsewhere! The problem could have been easily resolved. I am a very understanding person… everyone has a bad day from time to time, but for the person who greeted me to do and offer nothing is just poor customer service!!!

I go here every two weeks for the spa pedicure. This place is by far the best compared to other places in the area. The staff is great. I always make an appointment with Kyle. He give the best foot massage in town! Relaxing and clean atmosphere!

I’ve been to this salon many times for pedis and spa pedis. They have an amazing staff. Very friendly and very clean. The chairs are great. Foot massage with hot stones is the best one I’ve had. They follow it up with a shoulder massage while your nails are drying. AWESOME. I recommend them highly. Prices were around $ 25 for a regular pedi — a bit more for a spa pedi…
