I’ve been here twice. Both times I was very satisfied. They were full both times and were on time for the food. The food was tasty. I’ll be back again.

Cindy’s is your basic little diner. The service has always been good. The food is very average(not great, not terrible). This place is extremely mediocre. I would recommend it if your 4&5 star choices are crazy busy or your in a pinch and need a quick bite. Not a bad little place at all!

I have been in here before but it was a long time ago. This time sat in the room in the back and found it was very casual but a very good fit. It is right next-door to the antique mall(within the same building and they even have a doorway so you don’t have to leave the Mall) so you can take a break when you are shopping and come here sit down and have a good meal. Though the food is not necessarily Amish it is still very tasty and has a Menu that consist of items I recognize, have eaten and enjoyed. When you are shopping, at least for me, I don’t want to have to work at figuring out my meal. Well done Cindy’s! Oh and the name is a good one too.

Manager standing at the front counter disciplining her employees in public is bad. Witnessing that right after being informed they are out of menu items makes you wonder about the management structure. Food was ok, deli style. Nothing to write home about. Asked for a salad with no cheese, came with cheese. Sloppy management and sloppy customer service makes you think about what else might be sloppy??? Last resort stop in my book.

The chili was more like a marinara sauce. Slow service, management yelling at staff infront of house. A kitchen nightmare.

Straightforward menu… nothing stand out. But a solid menu. The problem is the service. They are rushed and terse and disorganized. We were here in 2012 and had a couple mistakes with our order but nothing that didn’t get fixed. This time, in 2015, we asked for four drinks and only got half and they were both wrong. So we opted to leave without ordering.(Fool me once…) I told the hostess we were leaving and she embarrassed us by yelling across the restaurant that we owed her $ 2.75 a piece for the drinks. I informed her they were both wrong and then to my surprise both she and the cashier insisted I pay for them. They very nicely offered me to-go cups(great! To-go cups for drinks we didn’t order) but I politely declined. It’s a busy Labor Day weekend so I guess they’d had it with tourists by the time they got to us.

Excellent in every way. The ribs were great and the portion more than generous. The waitress Angela was efficient and cheerful. Definitely a do-over.

It was mid week, not busy, but we were very impressed. Food was very good, grouper sandwich, Nathan hotdogs and club sandwich. Onion rings really tasty. Did not like the peanut butter pie. It was not good! Waitress was very friendly and we felt welcomed. Nice ambience. I would return!

The experience was a bit of a train wreck, order a frost top root beer and it came out in a warm mug with a little ice. Ordered fried pickles, came out and looked like it had been sitting under a warmer light for a few hours. Very dry and falling apart with shriveled up pickles. Those were sent back and 86ed. The two salads that were ordered were very small for 8 bucks and took a really long time to be served(no blueberries when they were supposed to have them on it), we were seconds away from walking out when they brought them. Overall, I don’t plan on going back or recommending it to anyone.

My wife and I tried the pot roast and the turkey dinner, and both were like good home cooking. Good enough for seconds, if I wasn’t already so full. We also split a slice of banana cream pie, which was outstanding. The server was friendly and attentive when we visited.

Just mediocre! Nothing special. Very slow in getting what you ordered. Really wasn’t overly busy and they certainly had enough help. Prices are reasonable and the root beer served in a frozen mug is awesome. 5 stars for the Root Beer! Cute interior but there are many eateries in the area to try.

We went to this place because the Berlin Hickory Smokehouse relocated to Dover, OH, and many of the locals said they had award winning ribs. They even advertise they are the«people’s choice» on their sign and menu. Sadly, I can’t comment on the ribs because they weren’t prepared properly so the servers were told to tell everyone they were out. Instead of ribs I tried the pulled pork and it was mediocre at best… wasn’t really even pulled, «chunked» would have been a better terms. The fries I ordered with it weren’t bad and now that I think about it… they didn’t bring out the dinner roll that the menu promised. Service was pretty bad too… they weren’t even busy and it took over 30 minutes to get our drinks. If I had to guess I would say they were at 15% capacity when we came in. Their hours are horrible too… they close at 7pm… on a Saturday! What kind of dinner restaurant closes at 7??? Seriously? Despite everything being not so good I will give them one more try to try their ribs.
