I picked up my very first smartphone from the Montpelier/Berlin location and couldn’t be more satisfied. Nate was extremely informative, courteous and professional. His guidance helped me make the best choice for a smartphone and plan(a very confusing experience for first time smartphone purchasers) that suits all my needs.

I have to say that I did not have the best experience in upgrading to a new phone at this location. I ended up going to the store 5 times(wish I was exaggerating) to get my new phone that needed to be ordered, crashed, needed a new phone ordered, etc. Out of the 5 different sales representatives I met, only a few were less than helpful. Sad to say I actually was brought to tears in store from being so frustrated! Costumer service these days is more about the sales rep then the customer. HOWEVER… I have to give credit where credit is due. On my 5th trip in to the store I dealt with two sales reps who were very professional, attentive and saw to it that my needs were met. I never ended up getting the exact phone that I wanted but with their help I got a phone that meets my needs and satisfaction. If you choose this store to do business your going to want to deal with Jason Parent or Josh Fadden! They are quick, efficient, know their products and we’re able to be more helpful in an hour than all my other transactions combined. Kudos to you guys for helping out a very desperate and exhausted nurse FINALLY get a phone she deserved!

My husband purchased a smartphone from Cellular Sales of Vermont(a Verizon agent) located at 1270 Shelburne Road South in Burlington Vermont. We were told that the smart phone was on «back-order.’ The initial sales representative was very professional and knowledgeable. She went to great lengths to assist my husband in making his choice for a smartphone. When we returned to pick up the new phone, we encountered a very rude and unprofessional sales individual. He told my husband that unless he purchased a case at this location, he would be required to pay a fee to have his existing phone numbers transferred to the newly purchased device. When my husband mentioned that he had seen smartphone cases advertised by a large reputable online retailer for less money, the sales agent stated that most of those smartphone cases are stolen. Given this person’s rude behavior, demand that we pay extra fees and the sales agent’s potentially libelous statement concerning an online retailer, we cancelled the order. Good thing we did as we were able to immediately purchase a smartphone at the Verizon location on Williston Road. Note: We have since learned that the Shelburne Road location is not an actual Verizon corporate outlet, but rather an agent for Verizon. The folks at Verizon on Williston Road were great, no extra fees, no hassle and a lot of goodwill. We will go back to them for our future business
