Mediocre @ best. Definitely NOT quality pizza? However, the kids loved it, but they also love 99 cent frozen pizzas. A little pricey, but pizza is still the cheapest way to feed a lot, especially kids.

Been here before, hate the buffet but the Chicago is great and for showing up 15 min before closing, nothing but friendly faces and not an ounce of attitude about the freshly cleaned counters ready for closing.

Worst service I have EVER experienced!!! Ordered delivery and was told it would be an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes… it has now been 2.5 hours and still no pizza. Had they told me it would be that long we would have chosen something else but now it is too late. I have called twice and all I get is «we had a lot of deliveries-​she will be there sometime» if there was another pizza place this one would surely be out of business!!! Avoid unless we want to spend your whole evening waiting for dinner!

I ordered meat pizza, Dutch crunch pizza, and a diet Pepsi. I got my meat pizza. My Dutch crunch pizza was some kind of peanut butter and custard thing… no apples, no crunch. This was a delivered order. I called to inform them of my peanut butter whatever it was, explained it was not as described in menu. Manager told me that what I got was a Dutch crunch pizza, and wouldn’t go any farther to correct situation.
The employees don’t know the menu and sound as if they don’t know their jobs at all. POOR management, no customer service. This was my first and last visit to
East of Chicago Pizza.

If I could give negative stars I definitely would! Worst service for a pizza establishment, let alone any establishment. If they tell you ½ hour for pick up, it won’t be ready for at least an hour. Since they are the only pizza place in Berlin you have no other choice and they know that with how bad their service is. Avoid if all possible!!!
