If you’ve ever lived in Berkley you know the importance of a corner store that carries all of the basic necessities because there is nothing else around. I know, I lived there for eight years. What a difference in this place since I moved away nine years ago! I wish they had this much back then. We were at my brother’s for a flooding issue while he was out of town. There were numerous trips that had to be made as repairs were attempted — distilled water, beer, etc. The Commons Crossing saved the day each time. For a corner store they do have an extensive liquor selection as well as the basic essentials. Need gas or propane? You can get that here too. If you are in Berkley, this is where it’s at!
