I recently finished a kitchen, bathroom and floor refinishing project with Marc Shure as the general contractor and cabinet maker and the project went extremely well. Marc was easy to talk to and respectful or my design ideas while bringing his own design aesthetic, structural expertise and amazing building skills to the project. The cabinets are beautiful and the kitchen alcoves now look like part of the whole rather than looking like tacked on bits and pieces the way they were before. Marc was great at overseeing the subcontractors and keeping the project moving along. I know that I’ll use him again for future projects and I highly recommend him.

I found Mark Shure on Unilocal and I am so glad I did. Mark made two sets of cabinets and drawers for our new condo and they are wonderful. So great in fact that we are having him make file cabinets, a desk and a set of storage cabinets for our office and master bath. Mark is meticulous in terms of his planning, measuring, workmanship and finish work. He is neat and completes your job in the time he stated and at a reasonable price for the excellent work. I recommend him highly and without reservation.

Mark Shure of Shure Design@ construction is quite frankly one of the best kitchen and bathroom contractor specialists in the Bay area. He is located in the Berkeley area. He designs for his clients kitchen cabinets (among other things) and builds them himself in his shop, which is located next door to Truitt& white lumber also located in Berkley. His shop like his work is spotless, I know because I have been there and noticed all the quality tools, even his vacuum system in his shop are top of the line. Take it from me he is the best cabinet maker and finish carpenter I have been in contact with. You may reach him at (510) 540‑1952
