This Bootcamp is awesome! It’s a great combination of cardio and strength work. I love the variety and the partner cardio boxing work is my favorite part. You will feel exhilarated and exhausted after each workout. The trainers are very knowledgeable and give modifications for each exercise to cater to everyone. They offer a free week — take them up on that offer. You will be hooked and over time you will get leaner, fitter and stronger.

It is now TWOYEARSLATER and I still go to Lift & Sprint every day. There is nothing better for you. Even though my fitness level is way higher than when I started, the exercises are designed so that they challenge you all along the way, without leaving any new people behind. It’s my favorite part of the day.

I’ve only been going for a month(3 – 4 times a week), but I feel like I’ve found the perfect workout régime. Years of neglect have made me the slowest and least fit among the regulars, but I’m never made to feel bad about it. The exercises are smartly chosen to push you to your limit, but can be modified to match your ability. I’m determined to go to class as often as possible to get better. Amy and Nic create the perfect environment for everyone at every fitness level. I miss it on days I can’t make it down to the park. They offer a free week to try it out, and I highly recommend you take the leap and join us for a few workouts. You won’t regret it.

Fast-forward 9 months, and Wow, I have seen major changes with my body and spirit. I’ve lost about 18lbs since my last post, but more than that, I feel so much stronger. I’ve actually stopped focusing on weight loss, and started focusing more on building strength and overall wellness. Nic and Amy are seriously the best coaches ever. Sunshine + Humor = A Great Workout! Lift & Sprint truly will change your life! I can think of no better way to describe it than to say that sometimes I can’t complete the exercise because I am laughing so hard! When is the last time you had to put on sunscreen and shades to work out with a superbly fabulous group of people? Exercises are set for your own pace, with modifications aplenty for those of us who need them. Amy and Nic are incredibly knowledgeable – to wit, they helped me recover from an injury and kept me pain-free while keeping my heart rate up. Plus, their combination of humor, tough love and caring are just what I need to keep me coming back for more. Besides, you can feel good about supporting this local business. Seriously, what are you waiting for?!!

This bootcamp is fantastic! I love working out outside instead of in gym, using my own body to train instead of using machines. Nic and Amy always mix things up so you don’t get bored doing the same things every time– which is something I can’t do on my own. The boxing is a real treat, too. Since I work from home and have a highly variable schedule, starting early means I never have to worry about skipping a workout. Highly recommended!

Lift & Sprint is a great weekly workout! King track on a Saturday morning is a really pleasant spot to start the weekend, and Amy’s positive attitude is infectious. The group is friendly and the emphasis is on improving one’s own fitness, not competing with anyone else. I always end up doing more than I thought I could! Amy has years of training experience and is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of fitness. There’s a lot of variety in what we do, and also at least three variations for every exercise, so the«newbies»(that’s me!) are not intimidated, and the more advanced athletes can definitely still get their sweat on. Amy encourages everyone to challenge themselves, but also keeps a close eye on individual form so we can continue to improve while avoiding injury. It’s obvious that Amy enjoys what she’s doing, and her upbeat spirit is from the heart. That attitude really infuses the entire experience. I’ve never done a boot camp type of workout before, and wasn’t really sure what to expect – «fun» hadn’t crossed my mind, but it is! I’m also fitter and stronger than before, and while at the end of every session I know I have certainly sweated and used my muscles, I also I know I’m very happy to have done it. I encourage everyone considering this type of workout to enroll in Lift & Sprint. I don’t give five-star ratings to very many things, but I heartily recommend Lift & Sprint without reservation!

This is truly a quick and dirty workout, and man oh man does it leave you sore. I know if havent worked out all week, this workout will perk me up. It’s tough, but it’s fast, and maybe it’s a little fun– :) I kid, Amy is great and I love how I feel afterwards, plus I eat waaay to much chocolate cake to not workout.
