Stayed here in spring 2014. The lady of the house was very obnoxious from the time from arrival. Upset that we were 1.5 hours later than we expected to arrive (due to traffic). It seemed her mood would not improve toward me
But she seemed to warm up to my husband who said she gave him the «Googlies eyes» and the creeps.
In the morning around 7am there as a knock on our door and then u could hear the key go into the lock and the door opened and «breakfast is over in 30 mins» came out of her mouth as she peaked into our room around the door. Who does that? Privacy u would think is her priority. We checked out 2 days early out of a 3 day stay.

Amy made everything smooth and convenient, with especially good communication. I stayed there for a week during a research visit to Berkeley and recommend it when traveling for professional reasons.
