I feel lucky that a friend recommended me this place. My old rug received a very special treatment for a very reasonable price by Jane. The owners are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Jane explained the process of rug cleaning to me. I plan to buy a good one soon, because now I know who would help me to take care of it. The whole experience was very pleasant and educational.

I am so glad we came here. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated with exceptional customer service. We talked a lot and was even given some helpful tips concerning my baby daughter. I had taken pictures of my three rugs (which I don’t think my husband had ever cleaned) and was given a quote. A few days later I went back and set up an appointment. Since I lived close by they offered to come pick up the rugs for free. They came the day of the appointment and I was told that it would be 7 – 10 days. The rugs were actually done in 6 days and they delivered them as well. The rugs were sooooo clean! They were so fluffy and bright. Even the fringes which I thought were beige became white. I keep looking at them because they look so clean. The price was reasonable and outcome fantastic. Will definitely be going back there and would highly recommend them.

The folks at H Tulanian are really kind and vested into their family business. I dropped off an old dirty Navajo rug and for a reasonable price they had it ready in a week. My only draw back from a 5 star review is that I had to call them to find out if the rug was ready, but otherwise, I really enjoyed their services and would go back/​recommend them to a friend. Also, be aware that they have short morning hours and only take cash or checks.

Fantastic firm. Three carpets were picked up and cleaned within a week with excellent results. The rugs look fantastic and their prices were very reasonable.

amazing! my rugs look the same as the day i bought them new 8 years ago! as a perfectionist, i hold people to a high standard and Tulanian exceeded my expectations by far. don’t waste time with services like Cort or Stanley Steamer. Tulanian does a hand wash and the results are outstanding!
