Gardenia is an amazingly smart, insightful, and articulate therapist. I recommend her whole heartedly and without hesitation for personal or couples counseling. She understands quickly and deeply, and doesn’t shrink from making concrete suggestions and telling some uncomfortable truths. But her approach is always gentle and compassionate.
Over the 19 years that I’ve known her, I’ve referred about a dozen people her way. An important thing I tell couples is that she develops a relationship with and becomes a real advocate for each person separately. She is 100% discreet in what transpires in the one-​on-​one sessions.
