Great customer service. Fair price, they do a great job everytime. Highly recommended.

Good services provided all the time. Especially, the front desk lady who tries to please costumers at her power. That’s how people at the costumer service should be and some things can’t be taken care of as one pleases.
I had my cashmere dress and other clothes to be dry cleaned and altered, VERY SATISFIED with the quality of services I get all the time when I go. Alteration was decent as well ! Will do business with AGAIN!!!

I dropped some cloths off the other day for dry cleaning. I needed them for an appt. early Friday morning before they opened. They told me to come on Thursday between 5 to 6:30. I rushed home from work and when I arrived at 6:15 they were CLOSED !!!
100% unacceptable. 100% unprofessional.
STAY AWAY !!!

A truly challenging service circumstance. Almost every interaction was difficult. I really wanted to like these guys. I had to do more work to get and explain my work then any other cleaner I’ve ever been to. The final straw I came when I went to try and clean carpets. They have sign saying rug cleaning available. I had to measure the carpet myself. I had to do the math of changing inches into feet. And when there was a miscommunication over the measurements they got angry at me even though they had missed measured and failed to do the arithmetic correctly. This is an out rages situation. I strongly urged people to think twice before using clean cleaners for dry cleaning or any other service.

I have to say that now my favorite lady April has left The Alameda location the quality of the cleaning and tailoring isn’t what it used to be. It’s ok, but not exceptional. Amazing the difference that one person at the front desk can make!

I came here to get my jacket tailored. The lady knew exactly what I needed and did an excellent job on my jacket. They also had it back within a reasonable time frame. I dropped it off on Wednesday and I was able to get it back on Friday. Although this is a very pricey establishment. It costed me $ 35 to take off about 1.5 inches off my jacket sleeve.
Overall: I would recommend this place for your tailor needs. (I can’t comment on dry cleaning since I haven’t used that service yet)

Amazing cleaning and customer service. I love the woman who works here– she’s hip, hilarious and warm. It’s a pleasure to get the dry cleaning done when I take my stuff to Clean Cleaners.
I’ve also used their wash and fold service which was reasonably priced. They aren’t as fast as some other cleaners, but I value the good service over the amount of time it takes to get the job done.

Agree with the other reviewers. They are really nice, and they go out of their way to get things done right. I’ve had some crazy stains on my shirts — they’ve warned me the problems won’t come out but they always do. I even had a case where I brought in a sweater to be dry cleaned. She noticed there was a hole developing and she darned it without asking — for free. That’s the kind of business that deserves to succeed.

They are so friendly and efficient. My family has been going to them for years and would never go any where else. They have gotten out stains on silks that I thought would be there forever. And as far as dry cleaning goes they are reasonable price wise. If you want a great mom and pop that will know your name, this is it.

I like this place. They do a good job on my cotton button-​up shirts, and their alterations are reasonably priced.
