I wanted to get started on some sort of a strength training work out but had no idea where to start. This is were Chris stepped in and changed my world. I will not bore you with the details, but here are a few good reasons why you too should train with Chris: 1. He is very flexible and trains around my work schedule 2. He works with me at my gym which makes it alot easier to work-out by myself since I am familiar with all the equipment 3. Since I am a beginner he set me up with a set of simple, easy to remember yet highly efficient exercises that I can do on my own. I like the fact that he clearly customized my work-out based on my needs and abilities as a beginner. 4. He really knows his stuff. Ask him any question and he will give you more information that you could image. He is a great coach and uses his knowledge to help you be more informed and successful. 5. He designed an integrated work-out for me based on the type of things I already enjoy doing. 6. He is always up-beat and positive 7. He is not a drill sergeant. He finds ways to push you to achieve results but not in a scary, authoritarian way 8. I saw immediate results. Almost every time I go to the gym I can fit in one more rep and have more definition in my muscles that I ever had before. Bikini season here I come! 9. As a former couch potato this is truly shocking but I actually very much enjoy his workouts. He makes things fun and engaging so I look forward to working out with him each week. 10. He is a great person, easy to talk to, open to your feedback, and really integrates your verbal and non-verbal feedback to create a better work-out each time you see him.
