Excellent service, they refilled my cartridge while I waited. It took only 10 minutes for it to be ready and I saved over $ 25 by buying refilled instead of new cartridges. Can’t beat the price!

I had a Delightful experience today and Natalie Greeted me with a warm hello and smile yes. She helped in choosing a couple of Nice Greeting Cards for the Staff at Staples down the street and that made me Happy too. I finally met the owner Ken. I am very happy he gave me more options and good advice since I have a color photo printer that uses and extra gray cartridge that most office stores DON’T carry. Ken also offered me mailing services because I don’t go to down town Berkeley that often. I am excited to know I can now do business from home.

Ken the owner really goes out of his way to keep his customers satisfied. I had a small problem with the color toner cartridges I bought from his College Avenue store and he actually came to my house to fix the problem. I was thrilled because it meant that I did not have to return to the store to resolve the problem. Moreover, Ken used his considerable expertise to take care of the technical glitch in a way that I could not have done – and he took care of my problem right away. On top of that he gave me his card with a 20% discount off my next order. I was thrilled that I did not have to come back to the store but a 20% discount on top of him coming out to fix a minor problem is simply outstanding.
Ken’s business is small; it is not some corporate conglomerate, it is local, he employs people who live here and he lives here himself. He gives great service, he is doing something to cut back on the enormous amount of waste generated, he knows his product and he saves me money too. What more could a customer want?

Fast, friendly, knowledgable, efficient, affordable AND eco-​conscious! I am thrilled that each refill cost me $ 7 less than a brand new Epson cartridge, plus I am helping the environment too. True, parking can be a challenge but it is well worth the effort. I’ll be back!

It’s a pleasure to do business with these folks — they’re helpful, friendly and reasonable. Also, when they sell you a toner cartridge, it’s not half-​full of toner like the ones certain manufacturers sell. I’d give them another star if parking were easier, but their location near the University is so ideal, I can’t blame them…

Great eco friendly store for refilling cartridges. The employees are nice and it’s fast, easy, and cheaper than most places.
