B & B Window and Gutter Cleaning

Got a call from B&B that reminded me that it might be time to get my gutters cleaned out again. I sent a Unilocal message to B&B, got a response back and made arrangements for an appointment. Came home to find my green recycling bin had a bunch of wet leaves inside from my gutters! Thanks to B&B for a good job and the price was right too when compared with one of their competitors.

Thanks to B&B we are ready for El Nino. Nicole was able to get a tentative quote over the phone and scheduled an appointment the following week. Ben was here on time, and cleaned the gutters efficiently. I will call them for window washing in the spring.

What a great company! From my first interaction with Nicole in the office to schedule our appointment, to getting our gutters cleaned today, I was so impressed by B&B!
The initial price that Nicole quoted me was a little more than another company I was researching, but B&B’s price included downspout clearing, which we desperately needed, and the other quote did not. On top of it, it was so easy to communicate with their office and she had great advice for me and was so personable… I decided to go with B&B despite the extra $$
I was able to get an appointment within a week or so, and they showed up when they said they would. I believe the person that did the work was Ben — He was really friendly and answered all of my very elementary questions. He even humored my request to trim a couple of low-​hanging palm branches from our neighbor’s tree — certainly above and beyond, and much appreciated!
They ended up charging me less than the amount they quoted, based on the work that was involved, which was a true testament to their commitment to customer service. I will be asking them to come back the next time our gutters need some love and will also have them out to clean our windows.

The crew from B&B Window and Gutter Cleaning just left my house. They did a wonderful job in making my windows sparkle. Also, they cleaned my gutters. Ben, the owner, did a fantastic job and made an amazing discovery of an entire root system that had grown inside one of my gutters. The root system was a dense mass that was about 12 feet long. Ben will be back to help me replace part of the gutter so it will be operational when the rains (hopefully) return. The crew, including Bill and Ivan were courteous, professional, hard working and diligent. I was extremely pleased with the job they performed and wouldn’t hesitate to have them come back next year to clean my windows and gutters again!

B & B Window and Gutter Cleaning came to our house in the Oakland hills today and the guys did a good job for us cleaning windows. It was a hot day today and hard work in the sun, but the windows look spotless! We have hired them in previous years and their workers have always been friendly and easy to work with. If there are a few spots, or missed hard to see areas, needing extra attention, they will always revisit them. Luis said to me today: «We want you to be happy!» This is a family owned company and I think it shows. They want to do a good job for their clients.

These guys are terrific. They arrived on time, were friendly and polite and all business. They did the windows inside and out; no streaks or smudges. They did the roof and gutters. It is a big house and they finished by two hours. They left the place immaculate. The price was reasonable. I cannot praise them enough.

I have had a terrible time in the last 5 years of finding a great window washer for the house. I always go over the detail of please be careful NOT to injure «this one» or «those two» plants. Every time, I would lose the entire plant due to them crushing it with WALKING or their Ladder.
I think priorities are in the windows getting done but can’t I protect my rare fragile plants too?
So I let my house go a year or two and decided to give these guys a try…
2 very chill and friendly guys came and it all got done and no plants injured or killed. Yay! And… it was so good I think I’ll use these guys 2x year. Stressless=Happy!
I have a 3 level-​ish house. lots of glass plus, solar panels and some power washing of steps and sides of the house! They really did a GREAT Job!
AND Boy! WHAT A VIEW that A CLEAN & CLEAR WINDOW produces! :-D I forgot how important certain windows staying crystal clear would be for our home! Just do it!

I contacted them on email for a quote (along with another highly rated company). Nicole responded quickly with an affordable price once — apparently the used Google Street View or something similar to figure out a bit about the house (smart). They were booked out several weeks because of the busy season (fall) but scheduling it was easy.
The arrived at the scheduled time, were super friendly and nice… and they ended up charging less than what was quoted as the job went faster than they anticipated. WOW. That’s some extraordinarily high class stuff right there.
Highly recommend them.

Great service, our windows have never sparkled this much and our gutters are clean. Reasonable quote for the work they did and we are happy to have everything in shape before the «rainy» season starts. They were even on time if not a bit early.

These folks came through our neighborhood and threw their pamphlets in front of houses, littering our clean neighborhood. I recommend finding a more environmentally conscious, less intrusive way of marketing yourself.

We had been putting off having our windows cleaned for 4 years … Each time about October my husband and I would say– «we really need to get these windows washed… which was then always followed with «but it’s October… it will be raining soon. and why pay $ 200+ and then they all dirty again». And. so it went. until this year.
I looked online and saw B&B, got a quote and set up a date– which was today.
Sept. 13,2014]. A very friendly guy named Jeremy came right on the dot of 8:30am [the arrival time we were given]. and all we can say. is that he did a Fantastic Job!
We live in Montclair [Oakland Hills] with lots of trees around us. and we kept saying all day.“Wow …we didn’t realize that they [the windows] were SO DIRTY– We can actually see the trees– like we have the windows open !!
Jeremy was professional, so friendly and was extremely conscious of all the little spots and not only did every window just sparkle when he left– the screens were so clean and spotless.

Smart, efficient, and customer-​oriented (Mike and Luis tell good jokes as well). These guys know how to clean a good window and can work in a multitude of conditions (i.e. sloping yard, private street, nearly-​glued-​on windows, multi-​stair 3-​story unit with private entryways).
Worked together over a series of email with Nicole to set an appointment and to get all our logistical questions from on-​the-​day-​of to payment questions answered.
Would recommend to those in my complex and we will be repeat customers as needed. :)

Polite, professional and prompt. I have had our windows cleaned by B & B every other year or so, and have never had any reason to complain. They are a family run business, and take their customer service seriously.

I’ve already recommended them and they just finished half an hour ago. The price was less than half of the other quotes I got and the service was great. When I first called they seemed a little confused which may be what the couple of worse reviews ran into since I sat on hold for a few minutes, but it didn’t seem bad for a small business and after that everything was fine. They worked around my schedule, gave me a clear idea of what they would do and did everything promised when promised. The extra stars come from making specialty parts for my unique flat roof drains by hand and still coming in at the original quote, still less than half of the other quoted just to clean the gutters.

Good experience, would use these guys again for Gutter Cleaning.

If you’re looking for window/​gutter cleaners, I would highly recommend these guys. I got a coupon via Amazon (like a Living Social or Groupon kind of thing). It was $ 50 for $ 100 worth of cleaning, on the first story only. I really have no windows at a first story level — 90% of my windows need to be accessed with a ladder, and I have a lot of them, so I knew I would be paying extra. They came last week and cleaned every window, inside & out, plus all my screens and they checked & cleared my gutters. Two guys. The total cost was $ 265, so I basically paid $ 215, in addition to the coupon voucher I had already purchased.
They did excellent work, were fast and thorough. I will absolutely use them again (with or without a discount).

These guys are amazing. We had them come out to do our gutters, and ended up having them clean the windows because of the awesome job they did.
They have a very friendly staff, and work extremely fast. This was great because we had a wedding in our backyard and they were able to come out and do a great job on very short notice.
