They never listened about what we wanted. Kept pushing grasses. Finally worked out the quote and left $ 1000 deposit. Never showed up to do the work and we cancelled after waiting a month to get scheduled. Find another landscaper. We wound up using Truesdale — better prices and MUCH better service.

Decided to shop local instead of using some big chain florist and to my dissatisfaction, encountered such a small problem that could have been handled way better than it did. It was due to lack of good customer service. I ordered a fruit basket for delivery on Saturday. Come to find out it never was sent to the family, that lives 2 towns away from BK HGTS. Called Sunday — I was told no one was home, and the driver left a message on tel.& on door to the family. The family did not receive either. When I called and questioned this I received no apology only a defensive tone as to what caused me to write this review. I asked if they could adjust the delivery charge and having no authority to do so said she’d have the «owner» call me back, still wait. Sorry to say, if my small business is something this local business could not handle, you have just lost a future customer.

Thank you for the gorgeous bouquets, and lavish centerpiece. They were fragrant without being overpowering worth every penny made my brothers party outrageously decadent. And they are holding up for the next get together, if not I’ll be back. I can’t really say enough good things about how helpful the florist was, we even bought a few new outdoor plants. Good energy !

I always order for Hals when I need some last minute mulch or gravel since they will deliver the same day. I often request their smaller truck, so they can back into my narrow driveway… other mulch companies have big trucks (Halls has big trucks too) which cant turn onto my driveway. When I have ordered from other places, I have had to have materials dumped in the street because they could not make the turn into my driveway. When I order 20+ yards of materials, requiring multiple trips with the smaller truck, they only charge me one delivery fee not two. They are also the only ones willing to drive on my back lawn to dump the materials a few hundred feet back from my house. There is nothing worse than ordering and having 16+ yards of mulch, 12 tons of gravel in the wrong area and having to move it far. There are cheaper places, but I’m OK with paying a little more for the convenience. The delivery drivers are very nice. I have left a tarp in my driveway and asked them to dump on it when I wasn’t home… they unravel the tarp as they dump so they wont drive on the tarp and rip it… very nice… Thanks Halls!

Very friendly and informative people work here! Worth the slight markup from home depot since your plants or flowers will grow for years to come!
