This location is absolute garbage! Unfortunately I’ve become accustomed to their extreme rudeness and impatient behavior. The last straw was when the ugliest spirited employee straight up denied my order. She flat out just said no she won’t do it. Oh btw it was a simple chicken sandwich. I know, so very tough to make im sure. DO NOT COME HERE EVER!

So I been going to this location for years. But sadly most of the things you remember about a place are the really bad experiences. The past two times I was there, there was a grumpy lady. treading everybody borriblem. Yelling at you because you take a second to pick what you want. I thought it was only with me but no its with everyone that walks in. I believe that when you work for costumer service you have to be nice people. if you don’t like your job just quit. Other than that the Sandwich was ok. Idk the bread seem hard.

They’ve been at this location for over 20 years, but the service is still horrible. Grumpy, trashy ladies leaning on the cash register and counter, just chatting away at the top of their lungs. Never a smile and I can tell they hate their jobs.
Sometimes I get a sandwich and they give it to me with half the meats as usual. I’m not sure if it’s because they don’t know how to make the sandwiches properly or they’re just trying to rip me off.
My patience is running really thin with this place. I might start making the extra 2 minute drive and go to the Dumont Subway instead. Hopefully the Dumont staff there are a wee bit more friendly.
