Everyone I met with and spoke with on the phone was nothing but pleasant. I had serious problems with my order and ended up having to go into the store 3−4x(can’t even remember at this point) for 45min or more each time. Everyone was helpful, and I do mean everyone(Print & Copy Center employees plus the Store Manager). But Sana exceeded any and all expectation. She went above and beyond her role to fix the issues with my file. It should have been the designer on my end, but she figured out how to do it and had it ready just in time, and even offered a discount for my troubles(approved by the Manager of course). I’ve been to a ton of Staples Copy & Print Centers, but this one certainly stands out to be, especially Sana. Just wanted to make sure she gets recognition for her awesome customer service.

Very helpful copy center. On two separate occasions, I was pleased with an enlargement of a color photograph to a poster size and a scan of contract to pdf file on a USB drive. Highly recommend the copy center.

this store is terrible — i bought a shredder here and within 2 months the shredder did not work. i brought it back and they said they would not replace it or give me a credit. i called the manufacturer who had a 1 year warranty and they too refused to help i think i learned my lesson and will shop elsewhere with better customer service and better products

All we wanted was a filing cabinet. We knew from recent experience going to the office supply stores in the area that just because a place has a specific filing cabinet on display doesn’t mean they have it in stock. So, Staples offers the option of finding the product you want online and reserving it in a specific Staples location. We selected a filing cabinet at Staples’ website and reserved it at this Bergenfield location(hardly any others offered it). We provided contact information on the reservation form so they could contact us if there was a problem with our order. And then we received an email telling us our filing cabinet was ready for pickup. Hooray! We even received a reminder email at 3:00 this morning telling us that we need to pick it up today or we’ll lose the reservation. Yes! So this morning we made the 20-minute drive to this Staples location, excited to get the filing cabinet we wanted. I mean we were really pretty excited about it; we have A LOT of filing to do. We’d printed out the email that confirmed our reservation and brought it to a costumer service representative. She went back to retrieve our item, and we waited. We waited for several minutes. She came back up front and sent another customer service representative to go back and look for it, and we waited for several more minutes. It seemed to be taking a really long time, but hey. I’m a patient person. But then this happened: after driving 20 minutes to this place and waiting around 10 minutes for them to retrieve the item, the employee comes back only to inform us that they didn’t have it. Earlier, they’d found that it was damaged and had to send it back to the manufacturer. So I’m like«OK…», wondering why no one called to tell us this, and I tried to come up with a solution, mentioning that I saw they had the same filing cabinet on display, could we just buy that one? No, we could not. They aren’t allowed to sell the display models. He presented us with two options: 1) they could order this cabinet and then we could drive all the way back to the store to pick it up, and 2) they could have it shipped to our apartment in a few days. Shipping would be free IF we have a Staples rewards card, which we don’t, and yeah, I really don’t want one after this experience. We explained that we’d driven pretty far to get this thing and don’t want to drive back again for it, and he didn’t seem to even understand why this was a problem. Neither employee offered an apology, not even a discount or coupon or anything. Mind you, I didn’t yell or get overtly mad or anything. I was just confused about how this even happened and bewildered that they obviously didn’t care at all. Why even offer the reservation service if this is the kind of service you get? I would not go back to this location for any reason.

Had a negative shopping experience with them recently… They did not completely honor the coupon as they ran out the give-away on the 2nd day of the coupon promotion! The store employees must be taking them home. I tried to ask therm to provide the give away when it became available but I was turned down. However, the receipt I got from my purchase indicated that I got the give away item. So there was definitely funny business going on in that store. Buyer beware!
