If I could give this service a zero review I would.
I had a large branch come down on my property from a neighbor’s tree. I had used BTS once before and had a positive experience with them.
One of their workers came over, cleared the driveway, and quoted $ 350 to cut and haul the branch. I agreed and gave them a check. After the worker had the check he told me that they would be back in the afternoon to complete the job. I didn’t have a problem with that.
By late afternoon I had not heard from them and, after repeated calls, they told me their wood chipper was broken and they would be over the next day, which was a Saturday. I don’t know why they just couldn’t cut the branch up and put it in their truck.
The next day, Saturday, after repeated calls I was told that the job would be done on Monday. Monday came and, once again, after repeated calls, I was told they would be here in the afternoon. It is now 5:30 at night and they still have not shown up.
Horrible service. I would not recommend these disreputable people under any circumstances.

Cut medium maple & large dying maple. Trim branches on a pine tree. Gave same day estimate and were timely with the project.
Vinny came and gave me an estimate on the spot for $ 2700. In the end. Instead of 5 stars for price, I give them 10 stars for price and quality of service overall.
The project was huge. It required a ridiculously massive crane and the only way to get the crane into my yard was to take down the fence. I got estimates from four companies including BTS, all other three companies said I would have to hire someone else to remove the fence and have them put it back, which would cost even more money and even more time to find a contractor. Vinny said don’t worry, we’ll take it down and put it back, which they did. You’d never know the fence was taken down. This is why I chose BTS — hassle free and affordable to boot! The project is daunting enough, so Vinny went the super extra mile to make me happy.
My next door neighbor happened to know Vinny and he gave BTS a thumbs up, which was really reassuring. Also, before I hired them, Patricia sent me the Certificate of Insurance via email promptly. Meaning they have insurance to cover personal and property damage, and most important to me, workers compensation insurance for their workers. Yes, I called the insurance company to triple check.
The project itself was super smooth, they wore helmets and I could see safety was a big concern for them since it’s such a dangerous job. They did a fantastic job cleaning up, too. They were very thorough with the clean up.
Vinny, his crew, Patricia were all wonderful to deal with. Overall, I would highly recommend BTS and couldn’t be happier!
