Horrible experience with this company, I failed to read the small white note hidden on the wall behind the sales desk that «warns» customers of the sizable penalties exacted against customers who take a product home, but change their mind in favor of a different color or anything different. (My punishment = $ 560.00 restocking/​shipping/​repack penalty on a $ 1400 order). I gave them a second chance, took a day off work to meet with flooring team — they cancelled on me. My wife reminded me of a past disaster with this company 10 years ago when we took our Persian rugs in for cleaning– they left the trimming filthy. Please think twice before entering this store — better yet avoid altogether.
