Disappointed first time customer. My husband purchased me a cuckoo clock as a Christmas gift. They took it off the wall and packaged it up. Christmas morning I discovered it was missing the pendulum and the decorative piece that sits across the top. We called and reported it. We were told they found the pendulum but not the decorative piece. When we took the clock back in, the worker confirmed that the pieces had been there prior to packing. While they tried to piece it together — color didn’t match. They didn’t have another one of similar style in our price range. We ended up returning the clock for refund. I’m surprised that they would be so careless packing up a customer purchase.

This place is a lot larger than it looks from the outside. They have an expansive collection of different clocks. The gentleman who helped us were very kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back!
