This store has really gone down hill. I collect Hallmark Ornaments. Gave them my Wish List. Never received a phone call that my ornaments were ready for pickup. Went in today, and they could not find my Wishlist. Another Customer came in to pickup her Frosty Friends special ornament. Stated «Someone called me». She comes in and not one of the women in the store could find who called her, or her Frosty Friends ornament. They went through a Manager change. The women there had the attitude of «Oh Well» Will not be going back.
