Walmart

I have been shopping at Walmart since they opened there doors. I’ve spent thousands and thousands of dollars. This past month Walmart’s shipping «In Store P/​up» & «Home shipping» has failed beyond comprehension. There customer service dept does nothing for there customers issues. When you are told from Fed Ex to contact Walmart for specific shipping instructions and you do it then you should have no problems, especially when a «So called Supervisor» is taking care of the issue. Well, I lost a days pay because they didn’t do there job. I contact Walmart again and I get the runaround by them. Giving an apology is quite nice don’t get me wrong. But when they keep saying they are on it and they will take care me and then nothing is done, I have a huge problem!!! They admit they are at fault, they admit there was a huge miscommunication problem yet, nothing but a repeated apology. Actions speak louder than words and once again another large corporation throws the customer under the bus. I want to be reimbursed for there mistake, there huge mistake. NO WAY WILL I GIVE YOU MY HARD EARNED MONEY!!! I will shop at Target and Kmart… they take care of us «Little People», they don’t throw there customers under the bus and forget about them. I feel sorry for any employee that works for this company. They screw everyone over! Thank you Walmart for showing your true colors! You just proved that we as a hard earning worker & good paying customer means nothing!!!

According to wikipedia, 11,000 location worldwide, 485 Billion revenue, 2.2 million employees, and started in 1962. 53 years since inception you have to admit from a business viewpoint is quite AMAZING. Congrats Sam!

WARNING, DO NOT BUY WALMART MONEY CARDS. They say their cards have no fees. First they charge you $ 3.00 to get the card, then hit you with another $ 3.00 fee 10 days after you activate the card. $ 6.00 in fees within first 10 days. Loan shark rates! This needs a class action suit.
